Exceptional, truly. It’s rare for me write a review with such satisfaction that I wholeheartedly recommend a business as a blanket statement, but here we found one.After my disastrous experience with the Apple Store in Coconut Point, Genius Cellphone & Tablet Repair was a godsend.The gentleman who replaced the battery in my iPhone was courteous, efficient, and honored my request to see the inside of my phone. (I wanted to see the strip that shows water damage - fortunately it was good!)The repair took about 10 minutes, cost less than $60, and my iPhone now works like new again.Would highly recommend this business to anyone with smartphone repair needs - screen, battery, you name it.

My daughters IPad for school needed a new battery. The price was very reasonable and it was back in working order in about an hour. Many thanks for their quick and courteous service. Will definitely be back if I need anything else fixed.

Joshua does an outstanding job of fixing devices in a short amount of time and for a reasonable price. I've had my Samsung tablet and LG phone fixed and I'm about to bring in another cell phone and an iPod, lol. Thanks for the great service.

10/10 definitely recommend if you need to fix your phone or legitimately anything else. The gentleman that helped fix my Samsung S22 ultra was a lifesaver. I tried numerous places to fix my screen all of which said it would take weeks before they could get the part to fix it. I called on a tuesday and was able to bring my phone in for drop off that friday. Amazing service, and he was super polite i will definitely come back and have even recommended to other friends already for their devices. You guys are the best!! ♡♡♡♡

Wow, this service was outstanding and the best I got in Cape Coral ever!!! Just went in with a broken Iphone and it took him 15min without any hurry, super friendly and professional. I am overwhelmed! Great job, will always come back!

I needed to have the back glass and battery replaced on my work phone and needed to be present during the repair process. They were happy to accommodate request. The repairs were completed in less than an hour and the cost was much less than the local competitors. Knowledgeable, efficient, friendly staff AND great pricing! What more could one ask for?

Jonathan was great! My iPhone 7 wouldn’t turn on so I brought it to him and he fixed it in 1 day! It was something to do with my home button. He also recommended a new battery since my was the same one since I bought the phone in 2017. My baby is back to new! It’s old but it works and has no cosmetic damage. I highly recommend Gadgetech! This place is nothing but a scam. They tell you lifetime warranty but that is a lie. My phone is worse than before without a broken screen. My phone does what it wants and when it wants. The warranty is void with any scratches. We put our phones in our pocket with keys and coins. Of course they are going to be Tiny scratches. There is no lifetime warranty. Basically because they were closed for a week because they were on vacation I couldn’t bring it back right away to have them fix it. I bring it back and they guy tells me there is scratches all over my screen. There is no scratches on my screen. Every phone in America has scratches from it being in pockets and having keys and coins in pockets. Ask them if they are closing for a week before you make purchases from them

I cannot recommend Gadgetech and Jonathan highly enough. My son's Nintendo Switch began having issues and I took it in for him to take a look at it. At first, he was unable to duplicate the issues and called me to let me know that I could come pick it up. No charge for an estimate. He apparently continued to work on it before I could pick it up and was eventually able to duplicate the issues. He told me that it could likely be one of two issues, one less expensive and one more expensive. If the latter, it would make more sense to buy a new one than to pay for the repair. In order to diagnose the first issue, he ordered a part to replace in the Switch. After replacing this part, the Switch seemed to work, so he called me to pick it up. Again, he kept working on it before I could pick it up and found that it was still not working properly, so he called me to let me know and said that I could pick it up any time. Again, no charge for any of this. I wish auto repair shops operated like this!
