“my adult daughter calls me at 5:45 PM on a Sunday late afternoon that she was in desperate need of a bed. It was so bad her back was hurting so I first went to a competitor furniture store.
I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. Everything they had on display had sold tags on them. I ask if there was anything else I could do. They said maybe come back another day it was obvious
The sales lady wanted to go home five minutes before closing so I left.
While on the phone with a friend of mine he suggested Mattress Firm,
I drove frantically through the parking lot hoping to get in the doors before 6 o’clock closing. When I approached the door it was exactly 6 o’clock. I pulled on the door handle. The door was locked. A gentleman came and opened the door. His name was Matt and asked how could he help me? I told my new best friend I was looking for a bed for my daughter within 20 minutes. I had a bed a platform delivery and installation and confirmation at 6:45.my daughter is over the moon with her new 12 inch Sealy memory foam bed with the upgraded bed platform.

“We had the absolute best experience at Hiddenbed in Cape Coral. We had been looking for some sort of bed solution for our home office and were in a time crunch as we had company coming. The entire team was so helpful in getting us what we needed. I messaged the business and got a response almost instantly, we figured out a couch bed (but really so much more than a traditional couch bed) that would work perfectly for our space and they arranged to have it delivered within our time frame. The delivery crew was amazing and set it up quickly and showed me how to use it. “Kelley & Troy went completely out of their way to accommodate us during our recent visit. We had just sold our current LR set and needed a new set ASAP. After placing our order with Kelley, we were informed that our furniture wouldn't be delivered for 6-8 weeks. I was going in for surgery on Monday and now wouldn't have any comfy furniture for recovery. We left the store knowing we would need to move our patio furniture inside for recovery. Well, we arrived home and received a call from Kelley stating that her and Troy wanted to provide us with a sofa, free of charge, while I recovered. A totally unexpected but greatly appreciated gesture from Kelley and Troy. Thank you both so very much for your kindness and generosity. It was truly appreciated. Tropical Furniture Gallery is the ONLY furniture store to shop! Highly recommend!!”
“This target is a "Super Target" meaning it has a full grocery section in addition to Target. There are two targets in Cape Coral this one and the one off Santa Barbara Blvd, which I live only 3 minutes away from- but I'll always choose this one over the other. This Targets employee's are a lot nicer and don't make you feel...unwanted nor are they pushy and in your face with "customer service". I used to work for Shipt doing grocery shopping and would frequently shop this store, they treated me no different as a shopper or customer. I'm sure anyone else who has done Shipt shopping knows some stores are very rude about you being a shopper.The customer service department is always helpful when making a return, I've never ever had them be rude about a return or complicate the process for the most part. I had a time period after having my daughter that I was having to return a lot of the wrong sized diapers and they were very kind about it. This Target is very well stocked and maintained, if you're looking for a "new" item like new toy releases or Funko Pops this Target is your best bet out of the two in Cape.Only negative is I've only ordered store pickup/drive up a handful of times here and each time one or more of my items isn't actually in stock and gets cancelled- but I realize that's not necessarily Targets fault.Overall: best Target in the area!”
“Ok target. Now while it's not the biggest. But it had the most lovely of employees. I was greeted like 27 times. When have you ever been treated like that in any store? Like oh hello how are you? Do you need anything? Hey how are finding everything- and it not be in a condescending or disrespectful manner as in oh we are watching you and treating you like a criminal? “Alyssa at Guest Services is an actual angel <3 she has a great attitude, and was really helpful. I called the store, and was told by another employee that my keys were not turned in. On a whim and extreme desperation, I drove back to Target and retraced my steps. Feeling defeated, I decided my last option was to try guest services. “I had to submit a review after seeing the one star reviews they received. This place is one of the best thrift style stores in Cape Coral and one of the best I’ve ever went to anywhere. They have a clean store with a wide array of unique furniture, items, and Knick knacks. If you don’t know they are a non profit, so anyone complaining about pricing should really get over themselves as their pricing seems to be cheaper than goodwill. Give them a visit!”
