Moved into my first big girl place and I had the best experience with Alex & one of his guys. They were quick, kind, and incredibly helpful. I am new to Southwest Florida and found them on Facebook. Would highly recommend!

After two amazing moving experiences (5 months apart) that we had with Frank and Sons, I found their website to write this review. They moved my savvy and feisty 82 year old mom who is on her own 2 times in 5 months. From planning - packing - moving - to re-assembling the furniture, Frank and Sons was responsive, courteous, arrived on time, patient, gentle, and very communicative and efficient. We received an A+ score from the apartment company stating that there was 0 damage to the unit from the move. They were available to move my mom in less than 48 hours, as requested. I live in another state and my mom did not have her cell phone on the day of the move! And, still, the move went off without a hitch as the communication was quickly made to divert phone calls to me. I would absolutely recommend them again and will likely use them in the future as well. Thank you Frank and Sons!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Everything about dealing with Frank & Sons was wonderful. Alex explained everything for my move back to Buffalo, NY, gave me a two-day window for pickup by Wheaton/Bekins. Spencer, the moving van driver, called me two days before the first day of the window, said he'd be in Ft Myers tomorrow and would come by at 5.30 p.m. for the inspection. He arrived at 5.30, tagged everything, reassured my son and me he'd keep in touch throughout the move. Next morning, they arrived at 8 a.m. and packed up. We started driving. Alex had given me an arrival time span of 14 days. Yikes! Spencer said, he'd be in Buffalo on the first or second day, no problem. The first day of the 14-day arrival window, he called and said he'd be there the next day at 5.30. At 5.30 the van pulled up. They unloaded efficiently. Everything was there. Nothing was scratched or broken. The cost was $3800 from Ft Myers to Buffalo, 1350 miles. I couldn't be happier!!!

Frank and Sons just moved me from my home to a retirement community in Naples. I can’t say enough great things about Alex, Donna, Rich, and the entire crew. They are professional, caring, friendly, on time, efficient, affordable, and treated my belongings as if they were their own. Their genuine caring, warmth, and kindness turned a stressful life event, into a hassle free experience! They packed my belongings, loaded them, and unpacked them with no issues. I have used other movers in the past, and they are by far the best. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. They were simply great to work with and extremely affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a mover.

Frank and Sons Movers are really top notch. We had to make several major changes in our plans, and they were always sweet about it and agreed. One thing got broken, and they took right care of it. They are super to work and always have a smile. Love them.

Alex and his team from Frank and Sons went above and beyond for my family. Our family has been in the process of moving from Michigan to Florida, which makes shipping and receiving large packages to our new home difficult. Frank and Sons took care of all of our worries! Alex was a great communicator, even answering our inquiries on the weekends and in the evening. When moving day came, Alex’s team was punctual, friendly, and fast! This team goes above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used this service for a whole 4-bedroom house move. Three guys showed up even before their scheduled time. They hustled non-stop through the move with perfect care of my things. They had me loaded and unloaded at the new house 3 hours earlier than the estimated quote.Highly recommended!

I used Al’s to move furniture from my sister’s condo to The Palms in Ft Myers on the recommendation of The Palms. The move went ok. Scott and Al seem like nice people. They did damage one leather chair, but I let that slide. Move was 10 miles and took about 3 hours. My sister had to be located with in The Palms complex, a move from the 3rd floor to the first. I could be there for the move, which proved to be a big mistake. They had more people, moved less furniture and charged the same amount. I can’t help but feel I was taken advantage of for not being there. I will pay them. But buyer beware.
