Went for the Sunset Fest vendor event and enjoyed myself. Saw lots of cool jewelry pieces, listened to some music and just enjoyed a nice walk with my dog. The view of the marina is beautiful and the park is very well maintained.

Beautiful park, right by the water with tables and grills etc. The playground is wonderful! 3 areas to choose from depending on ages but allows the ability to watch both at the same time(Incase u have 2) lots of shade!!! Water fountains and restrooms, clubhouse as well. Great parking,fenced in and no woodchips to contend w/ !! It's astroturfed a huge plus in my bóokPlayground: Amazing! There's a treasure hunt and 3 areas to choose fromNo wood chips, lots of shadeRestrooms: Clean and well keptDog-friendliness: Yes, pick up after them, says no pets on playground but as long as you are respectfully they don't mindPicnic area: Lots of tables in the shade, on playground and throughout the park, some grills and covered tables as well

Great place for kids! Not a lot for infants, but do have swings for them. There are plenty of kids for your kids to play with! There are picnic areas, and I am unsure if dogs are allowed, but I see them all of the time. Nice veiw of the marina that is located right outside of the park! The 1st Wednesday of every month, they have a little festival with local food trucks and vendors! Hope this helps!

We went to for Freedom Park for the food truck and vendor event. It was fun. It was also crowded. It would have been nice to have more food truck options since the lines were so long at the two dinner trucks that were available and the two dessert trucks.
