I brought my Jeep to Firestone for an oil change and to look into a minor (!) oil leak. I paid $400 to fix that oil leak, took the car back home only to find out that it leaked exactly the same as it did before. I then brought it back to Firestone, paid an ADDITIONAL $850 with the end result being an extremely bad oil leak that is much worse than it was in the first place. If it wasn't something they knew how to fix, they shouldn't have charged me, or done anything to my car. I want a full refund and my Jeep in the condition it was before I brought it in.AND they didn't even top off the coolant! It was empty!

My car barely made it to this awful place. My check engine light came on and the car would barely go, thinking it was going to stop completely I pulled in. The diagnostic person left at 5, evidently he always leaves at 5 (it was around 5:30) I guess he's the only one that can diagnose... so I had to leave the car. He was supposed to arrive to work around 7am. I waited until 7:50 to call so he wouldn't be rushed. The guy said he hadn't looked at my car yet, but would call when he could. 10 minutes later he called to tell me 1 sparkplug and 1 coil needed replacing. The cost was $581.00!!!!!! I freaked out and told him I would call back. I called a couple of people I know and they had no idea how much it would cost to fix. So I called the guy back and asked him how much to get all 4 plugs and coils. He said $1,200.00. I said forget it!!!I had to have my car as I had to work. So I said ok even though Ithought he was taking advantage of me and ripping an old lady off!!!! So they called around noon. I couldn't get there until my friend could get off work to take me. When I got there they charged me $699.00. Needless to say I really did flip out!!!! They decided to change all 4 sparkplug s and 1 coil. Plus other things. I told them that I only agreed for them to replace 1 plug and 1 coil. They came down to $635.. I had to pay because I needed my car, but I am calling the BBB, NBC News AND Morgan and Morgan. I am tired of people taking advantage of someone in need and getting away with it! In my opinion I will tell people NOT to go to this place!!!!!

Update: I went to the Pep Boys across the street and tney took good care of me and I was in and out within an hour.I've been going to this Firestone for YEARS. I even have the app on my phone. I made an appointment today for an oil change, new wipers, and a complete check over because my tire pressure was low in my left front tire. I NEEDED that tire looked at, at the very least, as I'm on a two hour trip to my parents' house in St. Petersburg, and a two-hour trip home this evening. I made this known to the young man at the front. An hour and a half later, and my car hasn't MOVED. Ileft and will put air in my tire myself and hope for the best. I will NOT be returning.

They totally took advantage of me and charged me $699.00 to fix 1 sparkplug and coil!!!! They told me their diagnostic guy said 1 plug and coil needed replacing it would be $581.00. And would take off 1/2 of the $175.00 diagnostic fee for me. I get there and they charged $699.00!!! I flipped completely out!!! $699.00 to change 1 plug and coil!!! He said they went ahead and changed all 4 plugs but only 1 coil. I told him I didn't agree to that because I would have NEVER ok'd that because I don't have $700.00. He said I would have to pay that before I could get my car. He came down to $635 because he took some of the diagnostic fee off. Please never go to these people! I am going to contact the BBB, NBC news and Morgan and Morgan. They ripped me off and I'm telling everyone about it!!!

Took our car there to get a simple tire patch and they broke a lug nut trying to get it off. They gave us the car back saying they didn't have the right tool to get the one they broke off, and to take the car somewhere else. The way they broke it, there was hardly anything left of it so now it's going to cost us almost $500 because the tire has to come off from the inside due to the lug nut that they broke!

Call Friday morning needed to get a tire repaired had a nail in it spoke to a guy there. He told me he couldn't get me in until Saturday which I know is an extremely busy day. Drove by twice once across the street to an eyeglass place and once to Publix both times one maybe two cars in the bays. Don't know whether they didn't want to repair the tires or if they just didn't want the business.

Excellent service. They went above and beyond. I was in a jam with a tire repair. Professional customer service. Dariel, the service manager, was exceptional.

The man that checked me in had a cold. No mask. As I put mine on, he says he doesn't wear a mask. I said thanks, doesn't care if he gets others, customers sick.

I wish there were no stars to give. This location ripped me off with a "breaks job" they supposedly performed on my vehicle. I found out the hard way that the "job" was never performed. After driving 1,000 miles after the breaks "were fixed," I started noticed the breaks were not functioning correctly and a squeaky sound started. I took it to the dealer and they ran a diagnostic test that showed that the breaks needed to be repaired immediately. After 4 calls to Firestone and two months of waiting and trying to get someone to speak with me and get this fixed, no one has called me. On top of that, Bridgestone Americas, Inc or Firestone Complete Autocare is not accredited with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Please, DO NOT USE this location if you value your vehicle, your time, and your safety and your families'.

Vincent is great! On more than one occasion he has gone above and beyond in customer service. Keep this guy around, he's a great person! Pay him appropriately because of him I just came outta pocket $3k+ and am actually happy. That's incredibly hard. Incredibly hard. Thank y'all for honesty - extremely hard to come by in our world and even harder in Florida!Services: Tires

I had a flat tire and needed a patch done. These guys kept my tire for an hour, then called me saying that they can't patch it and tried to upsell me on a new $300 tire. I went across the street to Goodyear and they fixed my tire with a patch and had me back on the road in 20 minutes. Firestone was a complete waste of my time
