I wish I could give a negative stars review. These people are just rude and egotistical. I was told that maybe you should not be doing Buisness with us. Who treats people like that? Thus the reason I moved everything to a different bank and will never go there again!

Bankers are so caught up in “social time” that you have to sit there and wait a ridiculous amount of time. Wasn’t even greeted when I walked in. Only came here because I’m visiting family in the area, Marco island and Lehigh locations are much better!

This branch either desperately needs more help in the form of people or they need training in customer service. It is unacceptable to wait 10 minutes in the drive-through and not even be greeted. I was ignored 3 times after pressing the call button at different reasonable amounts of time. As someone who has worked in customer service, I understand that individuals deserve to be treated with respect but 5/3 prides themselves on their customer service and this was the poorest customer service I’ve received from them.

Absolutely the worst worst worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, and it was with the so-called manager. Not sure who hires these people but they need to have a reality check. I have no idea why I am with this bank, but I will be changing.

Skinny old lady that is inside is so rude and such a liar. Not the old lady with the glasses) She always tells me no to anything that I ask, and then when I get on the phone with people from the bank they're like "oh you're able to do that".If you don't like working with the public, or like your job, get a different one. People shouldn't have to deal with such negativity every single time they go inside that bank.

I’ve received two offers on your High Yield Money Market Acct of 4.5%. Trying calling got answering machine and left message.. two days later no answer called 800 number. Got a very rude and not helpful young man. No help. Got another offer this week for 4.5% read online reviews. Wow. Pitiful for Cape Coral office. I need TWO accounts because of FDIC limits. Do I really want to trust this kind of money to your bank?P.S. Curious so went to this bank at 3:30Pm on Friday, two people in lobby waited 30 minutes. Young lady ask if she could be of help, no introduction, no card. Asked about 4.5% acct. yep that’s it. How long? Till Nov 7. Then what. You get whatever we give you after that. So then I just change banks? It is what it is, don’t like it?Do whatever.I let her know loudly enough that all could hear she needed lessons in customer service as me and my money walked out the door.

Made an appointment to set up a business checking acct. The lady barely spoke the entire time. She didn’t explain any options or give me any information. I didn’t even leave with a folder, business card, get her name, NOTHING. She said I could find my acct # once I was on mobile banking but there’s nothing there. I called the branch 6 times and no one picked up the phone, called customer service 4 times after continuously getting hung up on, was FINALLY told after trying to talk to someone for an HOUR that she never connected my account and that there’s no way to get my acct number other than going back to the location. After that call I got on the app and was able to see my full account and routing number after just being told I would have to go BACK to the branch to get that information. This was the worst, weirdest, most disgusting experience I’ve ever had at a bank.

Your staff needs an attitude check. I was asking a simple question about transfer funds to a family member. Clerk behind counter shoved my deposit receipt and ID at me. And turned around and walked away without even answering me. I will be closing this account completely soon due to the ongoing staff problems

I have my auto loan through this company and it has been a headache since January 2021. Just a simple task of setting up recurring payments online is impossible. Using the app is horrible. If you have to pay over the phone because the app and website isn't able to recognize your correct information you have to pay a fee.

the 2 tellers that do work there talk to much...i waited in line for serval minutes listening to the teller chat with the customer in front of me about the past hurricane!! people we have things to do and a job to get to, please keep the small talk to a minimum, nothing wrong with greeting the customers but to much chatter when its a long line with 2 tellers working bother drive thru and the lobby

Had a mortgage with 5/3 so we opened a savings and a checking account. After we sold the house, we closed checking account but was told we didn’t need to close savings we could have it open for as long as we wanted and no fees would be taken out. Statements aren’t sent to our new address so when I finally got ahold of one, it looks like they drained my savings and closed the account. Now they say there’s nothing they can do to refund my money or reopen my account. Based on lies from their representatives, the money I had in there is now in their pockets and not mine. I wouldn’t trust a word they say.

The secretary’s there have no clue in helping you get a Loan . And they don’t even return your calls to verify loan being declined !!! I Will instead go to a real bank to help me get a loan ! So stop sending me your junk spam mail about refinancing my home !! I have enough junk mail to deal with .??

I am a commercial customer and have no choice but to bank with FifthThird. I don't understand why they try to use 2 tellers torun 2 stations inside the bank and 3 drive thru lanes.Saturday, I had to run to the bank to get some change (because they will only give 1 tray of coins per day!!). I got there at 9:30 am and waited in line for 25 mins. They had 8 in line ahead of me and all 3 drive thu lanesrunning. I'd have gotten better faster service if I stood in the drive thru lane.This seems to be a common practice. For a commercial customer, i don't have that much time out of my own store.
