This branch is often extremely difficult to reach by phone.
When reached certain bankers (Billy especially) are unhelpful and too lazy to try to help. Raven to suggest that I should come into the branch (even though we had to evacuate due to Hurricanes Helene and Milton.

I had an issue using online came in to seek help and Mr. Scudder assisted me and resolved the issue with ease super helpful professional and polite glad I chose this bank.

Worst mobil app and online banking ever. Mobile deposits rarely ever work, very low limits on how much I can transfer in or out. Zelle will not work in or out. Customer service reps are unable to help and unable to escalate to anyone that can resolve. Only able to bank if one visits the branch, which is usually not possible as I travel. I have had to resort to a back up acct. Which is unacceptable. Shopping for another bank now. To bad they are unresponsive to the customer.

Bank gets two stars for adequate parking. Quit bank six months ago, mainly since checks to local companies take 2 weeks . Note software for bank is also the absolute worst. All I want from them is to take me off their list, constantly reminded to pay merchants. How many times do I have to tell them to leave me alone.

I’ve never had any issues with Fifth Third before but why is the ATM at the Del Prado bank in the same lane as a teller? I had to wait 15 minutes to access it because the people ahead of me were waiting for a teller. I’m not sure the reasoning behind this but seems like poor planning.

Opened an account and bank(Mr scudder) made a mess of everything. not my phone number attached to account. First messEven though he had my DL in front of him he messed up my address too. My checks and bank card are going to someone else. Second mess and that is a big one. Bank is essentially giving my money away to strangers

"TERRIBLE BANK OVERALL".This is the 2nd bank 5th 3rd I have went to and the people are beyond rude. I deal with a lot of banks and if I am not a member of the bank there is usually a fee to cash a check. 99% of the time the fee has a cap. Not at 5th 3rd.They charge 2% with no cap to cash a check written at their bank. Absurd. I would never deal with this bank.The cashier tells me it will be $39 to cash a check.. When I declined she made a smug have a nice day comment when I turn my back walking out the door.
