What a terrible branch. When i walked thru the door, the teller greeted me with feigned enthusiasm. Her facial expression told a different story than her artificially happy tone. I opened an account online a couple weeks ago, and the bank will not let me use my accounts without 2 forms of photo ID. The teller directed me to Felix for assistance, who was extremely rude and unhelpful. It was clear he is letting his home life affect his work life. The man did nothing to help and it was clear he had no desire to do so. If I do end up using 5/3 bank (and that’s a BIG “if”) I won’t be using this branch. That was my first and last time through those doors

They seem very helpful until you find out their not. When I wanted to use my money to purchase an antique from China with a friend who lives there they gave me a real hard time. Even refused me the first time.

If I could leave no stars that’s what I would have done. I have never had to deal with such absolute disgusting costumer service and poor excuses as to why I can’t take MY money out of my account. The person for approval was sitting in his room on the phone and after 40 minutes of waiting staff told me that they weren’t comfortable with getting his approval and thought it was best I come back another time. Disgusting!! To say the least. If you want to use your money for anything don’t give it to 5/3rd because it has always been a nightmare getting money from this bank.

We did some damage at the ATM in the drive through area today. We withdrew $3000 from a bunch of accounts so that I could get cash for my new purchase. This ATM offered some options for the denominations and that was helpful. Once we had a massive stack of $20s and $50s, we headed inside to change it all into $100s. The bank teller was super friendly and since my Mom is a Fifth Third customer, there was no charge. Easy, pleasy and now I have a big stack of Franklins! I have been coming to this branch for years. They have always treated me like family. Especially Tammy. She is a very nice person that will help you with any problems that arise.

I came to this location because it was close to home and decided to open an account with them. I had a sizable amount of money to deposit in opening my account because I wanted to see what fifth third Bank has to offer but unfortunately for them they decided to lock the doors earlier than the hours of operation stated on the front doors I tried getting in and both doors were locked during business hours granted there were a few minutes left before they would close the doors for the day but I suppose they felt like they also wanted to go home on time on Saturday. I waited in the front parking lot for a while before leaving and noticed a Caucasian male pull up to the front doors to my surprise they opened the door for him maybe To them I didn’t look like a worthy enough individual to open the doors for. But a Caucasian male was. It was quite sad to witness this happen but I’m glad I got to see it with my own eyes. This was helpful in makingMy decision to no longer wish To open an account with them since That’s how you treat your customers I’d rather go to a bank that will open up the door so I can go in and do what I have to do because I as a member of the Bank would also like to enjoy my weekend. But things happen for a reason and I’m sure I dodged a bullet and I will just continue to bank with my other banks and possibly open a new savings account with the other banks. Thanks fifth third for making this decision easier. I’ll let my $20K sit in another branch for a bit .

I was surprised to read any negative reviews of this bank. I have been banking there for at least 3 years and found Nick, Shea, Tammi and Aaron to be extremely pleasant and always willing to please. I could not recommend this branch more highly.

Won't be back to this branch. Waited at the drive thru for over 20 min to get a check cashed. Branch wasn't busy and no idea why they were that slow getting to me. I have never experienced this at the branch I normally go to. Also wouldn't cash my full check, again never a problem at my usual branch. Lesson learned, avoid this location

5/3 is a total home. I have had terrible experiences there with them putting hold on checks that would never be held at other banks. This latest incident was over a $300 check that was placed on hold for 10 days. I went in an expressed my anger about this. And she told me it was cuz deposit was done on mobile banking and hold was placed but if I had good enough "face" and came into branch to deposit check it would have cleared immediately. Well whats the point of mobile banking then. So she says itll clear april 2 well it didnt so i went in again and they say itll clear at midnight. I said then that is the 3rd not the 2nd. Well that has came and gone and still no money. The branch manager is a j*** and said he has never seen someone so excited over a hold. Well I'm a single mom of 3. This check was for my bday and I have had plans twice to go out of town with friends which I had to cancel both times. I took work off both times. And this douche bag branch manager tells me to calm down.

This branch location is always so helpful to me. I only have a lockbox at this location currently however all the associates treat me like a real individual and account holder every time. Very pleased.
