after searching for an open Fed Ex location, we get here at 12:50 on a Saturday, and it's closed. their information needs to be updated on ALL platforms!! This location was supposed to be open until 6 pm today. now, since it's inside a Walmart, the parking lot is patrolled by yellow vested men who state that the area by the door is for "cars" only. so who defines a 'car'? the state of Florida laws? or Walmart management? State of Florida claims 4D, 2D, Utility Vehicles and Pickups under 5000 pounds an automobile. pickup's over 5000 pounds is considered a truck. SUV's (utility vehicles) are still automobiles regardless of weight.

FedEx continually “relabels” my shipping address from STREET to Terrace. My FedEx packages then go to the occupant on Terrace. He throws my packages away! He has informed me that he will continue to do this. He also has informed me that he has “an Arsenal”. I have tried unsuccessfully for months to contact FedEx. They have a “virtual” bot that is of zero help, and will not connect me to a live representative. I even put as part of my address on a separate line “STREET NOT TERRACE”, and very few of those packages make it to me. Packages that have not been relabeled are still delivered to Terrace. I’m beside myself!

Would not take my package as she “did not have room for it”. Instructed me to take it to WalMart as it is “just down the road”.

2 stars because I’ve shipped from here before and they’re nice. But the hours show open Saturday/Sunday and they aren’t open at all on either day.. Kinda frustrating when you have things to ship, drive there, and they’re closed.
