after searching for an open Fed Ex location, we get here at 12:50 on a Saturday, and it's closed. their information needs to be updated on ALL platforms!! This location was supposed to be open until 6 pm today. now, since it's inside a Walmart, the parking lot is patrolled by yellow vested men who state that the area by the door is for "cars" only. so who defines a 'car'? the state of Florida laws? or Walmart management? State of Florida claims 4D, 2D, Utility Vehicles and Pickups under 5000 pounds an automobile. pickup's over 5000 pounds is considered a truck. SUV's (utility vehicles) are still automobiles regardless of weight.

I ordered merchandise online February 9, 2022 and it was shipped on February 10, 2022 by FedEx. Delivery date was February 12, 2022. As of March 5, 2022 I have yet to see this order. According to the FedEx website my package has been at the local FedEx facility since February 12, 2022. WHICH ONE? I live in Estero, Florida which at the most is 20 minute away, yet my delivery have been pending for at this point over 17 days. On March 2, 2022 I was told by a FedEX representative by telephone the package has been out for the length of time that the company I ordered the products from would have to submit a claim. WHAT? Why should they suffer because of FedEx negligence and incompetence!!! Not happy.

They delivered a huge package to my house that does not belong to me so I am trying to do the right thing by returning it! I made 6 phone calls to FedEx could not get any help to return package all recordings no live people! So I started just punching numbers on my phone went through all the languages finally got a person. Glad I am honest person almost kept it! That has happened to me and I never got package or money back! Someone coming to pick it up after all the hangs ups from FedEx they hung up on me trying to be honest for there mistake!
