Stylist: I’ve been seeing Mimi for 3 to 4 years. She always makes an effort to work me in when I feel like a shaggy dog. She’s very accommodating. I never feel rushed when I’m in her chair.

Stylist: Mimi is the best, I finally found her a few years ago and she does exactly what I want. Which most barbers/hair stylists don’t seem to comprehend. I asked her to cut my hair so that it compliments my head and face and to change up my style a couple times every year. She is a complete professional and took ownership of my hairstyle, and I have never been disappointed with the outcome.

I had highlights and a cut. Alondra did such a great job. She really listened to what I was looking to have done and did just that. She is very professional and will definitely see her again

This was my first visit to Fantastic Sams. My experience with Dani was fantastic! I had the works done - base color, low lights, Keratin and a cut and style. Dani was amazing. She was great about suggesting colors and styles that would complement my skintone and face shape. She answered all my questions about products and styling tips. Additionally, the atmosphere in the salon is great. You can tell the employees are a true family.

I have to repost my review I was there a few weeks ago asking for low lights they know I was already mad but I let it go since the lady that was doing it had to leave cause on a emergency so I let it go my coloring and haircut were done on 2 different persons, they know I was already mad cause when she ask if I was happy with the resutls I told her no that I didn't like it, she said you got what you ask for any way please don't go to this place the over charge ,plus my hair is so bad so burn that I don't know what to do at this point I will never come back here!!!

I went in yesterday to have my daughter's hair cut. My appointment was with Monica. From the very start you can tell something was off, like she was bothered or annoyed. Maybe she doesn't like cutting kids hair, or didn't like that we are Hispanic, not sure but it seemed off. Typically a stylist is friendly and happy especially when dealing with a child. I also went with my sister who even made a comment about how rude this lady was being, so I know it was not just in my head. After the cut was done my daughter hair was not straight in the back, I asked her if she can take a look again in which she did and had to snip to make things even. As she was doing this she was aggressively separating her hair and pulling the strands to measure. Thankfully my daughter didn't complain. Afterwards she called the manager Gina and made a comment that the hair was fine and showed the bits of hair she had to cut..at this point I told Gina that this Monica lady was rude and unprofessional and that this was my first and last time ever coming back here. Gina was apologetic but honestly after reading her corporate like response in my other review she's just as bad for covering up for her. Please people do your research and find a better salon in Cape Coral. While I was there there was another family getting their hairs braided and they were super unhappy at the end of results, honestly my 11 year old could have braided their hair better. Some people don't take the time to post honest reviews and just brush it off and go somewhere but reviews are important so people don't have bad experiences.
