We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and were very pleased. It's in a very convenient location, close to shopping, gas stations, etc. We did not hear any traffic noise at all at night. I was very impressed with how clean the hotel was. The lobby, breakfast area, hallways and our room were all very clean at all times. All the hotel staff we dealt with were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is one of the best I've had at a hotel. Usually, it's more like a continental breakfast, but every morning they had hot eggs, a different egg dish (ie little quiches) some type of sausage, pastries, fruit, yogurt, etc. They even had many different toppings for oatmeal and yogurt, such as walnuts, dried cranberries, pumpkin seeds, graham cracker pieces... My only complaint with the breakfast was the coffee was way too bold. They don't offer a regular blend. But if that's the only thing I can complain about, they're doing a really great job of taking care of their guests. I would highly recommend this hotel!Rooms: Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The mattresses were great to sleep on, and they offered many pillows to use. The only situation we had was we must have misunderstood the cleaning schedule, and they never cleaned our room over 3 nights. One night was our fault because we forgot to take the privacy tag off the door, so apparently the next night was an off day for the cleaning crew. No worries, though. We just went to the front desk and got the towels and coffee we needed, and all was good.

The staff is simply amazing. Friendly, helpful, fun, positive. I just can’t say enough positive things about our stay. We had a block of rooms for soccer games and everyone really enjoyed the hotel experience. New facilities/ Cleaned/ Nice area for shopping and dinning.Unfortunately there is NO privacy in rooms cause you can hear WHATEVER happens on rooms connecting yours (be ready if you have honeymooners lol).If you are asssigned a room not been top floor then you will have someone above your room where you are going to hear EVERY single steps taken at anytime. We were assigned room 133.Good Luck!!Rooms: No privacy, you can hear everything!!!! To much noise even hearing mainenance walking in corridors while you are trying to sleep in the morning.

We stayed only for a night but the hotel has a good location the rooms very clean and nice. We will stay there in the future. The front desk young lady was very nice and welcoming.

Usually I have a top-notch stay at Fairfield Inn. This past week, my stay here was disappointing. We got an upper-level room, and the bed was so uncomfortable that we didn’t sleep well. The pillows were also flat in comparison to other stays at Fairfield. The refrigerator also made a very loud noise on and off during the night that also kept us awake. Then the next morning as we’re getting dressed, I needed an iron, but there wasn’t one in the room and had to request one. We were also placed in a disability accessible room with a tub instead of a regular room with a walk-in shower as requested. We have stayed here before and had a better experience in different room on a lower floor, so I am surprised about the vast difference in our experiences.

This hotel stay was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially the breakfast staff. Rooms were very clean and hotel was located right near shopping and dining. My kids also loved the games in the front lobby area, and the decor was very modern. The pool was cold, but we just happened to be there during the few days when it wasn't as hot outside, but overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel.Rooms: Rooms were very clean and modern. .Nearby activities: We had a wedding to attend in ft Myers and the hotel was just a short drive over the bridge. Lots of shopping as well nearby like targetBurlington, walmart.Food & drinks: The hotel breakfast was good. There was dunkin donuts and Pollo tropical walking distance from the hotel.

This was the first time my wife and I had the opportunity to stay at this Fairfield Inn location. We were blown away by how friendly that Betsy, the receptionist that checked us in was.Betsy was knowledgeable, efficient, and upbeat and even managed to get us checked into our room early so that we could get to my brothers birthday party on time.The room was a HUGE surprise. Spacious, modern, very clean, and comfortable.We will absolutely be staying at this Fairfield in the near future. Highly recommend!

Five stars! We will stay here every time we visit Cape Coral. This is a new building in a safe location with clean, quiet, well-appointed rooms. The staff is courteous, helpful and friendly. The price is reasonable and the location is perfect, right off of Del Prado and Pine Island Rd. Breakfast is included and anything else is very close by. Thank you Fairfield Inn and Suites!

The room we stayed in wasn't clean. Carpet's were not vacuumed at all. Dirt and toe nail clippings on the floor. Dust everywhere and walls splattered with God knows what. The housekeepers closet was outside our door and they spent most of the time talking. Bathrooms were okay with our looking hard with a purple light. Just so disgusting for the money we spent. Hotel 6 I bet was cleaner. As a manager hold this cleaning responsible and check up behind them.Rooms: Dirty not cleaned

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, and I already have 100+ nights in Hilton so far this year. This was my 9th night with Marriott this year, sometimes they're the clear winner.

Just an amazing hotel all around. Big shout out to the chief engineer and team for keeping this property beautiful. Room temperature was perfect from the moment I walked in until I left.Walkability: Internet was on point and never had an issue.
