My experience was disastrous, this business is a huge rat full of thieves, I brought my Ipad and they told me that they would check it and the next day they would give me an estimate, for 2 months they kept telling me the same thing every time I introduced myself, I went 8 times and they never called me, in the end they gave me another old and red Ipad that was not mine, until now I can only do one thing, sue them for Thieves. PLEASE TAKE THIS COMMENT IN ACCOUNT AND DO NOT RISK YOUR EQUIPMENT IN THIS PLACE

So thankful for Kevin and his crew at Experimax for saving my iMac computer and making it like brand new. My work depends so heavily on "big daddy Mac" and they had me in and diagnosed within an hour and fixed in less than 48 hours ????????

Dropped my iPhone 12 off on a Monday, they we’re saying it will be 300$ to fix my phone, i responded with “I’ll just come pick it up then” and so they dropped the price to 199$ so apparently that’s all you have to say to get them take 100$ off which is good. They were telling me Monday my phone would be done that day they just needed to order the screen. They ended up calling me saying it wasn’t gonna be done that day and i should just leave it overnight. Tuesday comes along, they keep tellling me that they ordered the screen and the company usually drops it off around 230 but they haven’t came and that my phone will be done later on in the day, so i wait until they call me at 640 and tell me it won’t be done that day and if i wanted to pick it up and take it somewhere else I could, they close at 7. I’m forced to leave it there another day and it was done in the morning. It took 3 days to finish something that took them an hour.

I don't usually leave negative reviews, but I had such a horrible experience at this place... Went in with an unresponsive solid state drive, and they told me they'd take a look and call back the next day. I never heard anything, so I called a couple times later that week. Still no response. I followed-up 3 more times over the phone, and once in person. Every time, they told me they were doing a "low level scan" and would have more information the following day. Finally, I came in to just pickup my drive after 3 weeks with no updates or information. The tech told me that my broken drive was "broken" -- and that my new drive that I had dropped off for them to use as a transfer device was also "broken"... Lol. He suggested taking them "somewhere else" -- which is fine -- but I wish they would've just said that 3 weeks earlier... I honestly don't think they even did anything with my drives, and the wasted 3 weeks cost me a lot at my job. The only positive thing I can say is that the guy behind the counter seemed nice. But overall: the customer service and management here was very disappointing.

A while back I used this stores services to have my iMac upgraded to an SSD.Roughly 4 months later, my computer won't boot up, only into safe mode. So I thought, ok, it's the SSD.I first took it to Apple who said they would fix it but can't because the display is tied to the chassis with zip ties, that they might break the computer beyond repair, to instead take it back to Experimax.I bring the computer in and luckily, it's not the SSD. I have a 2019 model iMac without T2, it was something to do with security.For all the trouble I went through driving back and forth between the Apple Store and then Experimax, and even though I went without my iMac for roughly 2 months thereafter, and even though some of the guys at the store were less than transparent about the status of my computer, they finally fixed the firmware issue (a firmware chip I believe they installed fixed the issue), and the display, of course after having chipped the corner trying to remove it, for free, at no cost to me.Yes, a bit of a nightmare experience, but got the computer back, working great, the only issue now is an issue with the microphone not picking up sound, its muffled (probably just covered with tape after putting the display back on), and the power cable is not the original cable that came with the computer from factory as it does not sit flush with the back of the computer.All in all, I am happy to have my computer back, and since receiving it back three months ago, have begun several new projects with no issues with my machine or the drive to report, again just the microphone being quiet or muffled (probably covered with tape), and the slightly fat power plug not flush with the back of the machine. Probably just a mix up from all the other iMacs they have. Does not effect power. Can buy an OEM cheap on Amazon, it's like $15 I think.Thanks guys, a couple of improvements to make which is why 4\5 stars but overall good job.
