I believe that the good reviews are totally fake. Nobody picks up the phone, EVER!I was charged extra for the additional driver even though it's an insurance claim and Enterprise assured me twice that I would not get charged. I never received a rental agreement, never received details of the charges...they just charged my card an additional $250. Tried to call, but as always, nobody picks up. Went there in person, manager said he would take care of it, but didn't. Called main customer service. They referred to area manager who apparently doesn't return calls either, as noted in the other reviews here! Ridiculous!

Rental pick up was easy and was upgraded to a BMW! Unfortunately, the car had previously been smoked in and my allergies were kicked in to overdrive!

I rented a luxury Chevy Suburban for 4 days. When I picked vehicle up I asked the employee about the red Police Evidence tape on each door and back tailgate. The employee told me he had no clue why. 2 days in the rental I was pulled over by the police with 3 of my clients in the vehicle. What an embarrassing moment. I returned the vehicle on a Sunday morning in key drop box. I called on January 16th and no return call I called twice that week and no call back I called on the 22nd and no call back yet.

I rent from enterprise all the time and have always had a great experience. I will say this time was definitely on the other end of the spectrum. Terrible experience and have left four messages over the course of 12 days to discuss with who I am told is the regional manager for our area with no response. Rented, paid for and was told I was provided with an 8 passenger vehicle, which is how many people I was transporting, only to discover into our trip picking up our last person, that I did not have restraints for the last person. I was told I could go to the nearest Enterprise to have the 8th restraint located which could not be found when we did. They didn’t have an 8 passenger vehicle to exchange for and then was told that I could be provided with an Uber to the closest airport and drive a car back myself. Maybe I am wrong, but not what I want to spend my vacation doing…..spending several hours fixing an error that your staff created.

Apparently these people have no idea how to answer a phone. I've called them FOUR TIMES and no answer. They didn't even answer when corporate called them for me. I will never use this place again if I can help it. Unfortunately I am forced to use them as they are partnered with my insurance agency to provide rentals.If I could give zero stars, I would.

I need to rent a car fairly often and everyone at this location is extremely friendly, accommodating, and they all go above and beyond. Customer service is exceptional!

When receiving my car from Enterprise I told the guy that the car (Chevy Malibu) looked a little beat up. He said, yea everything is documented and to not worry about it. I mentioned that the side of the front bumper wasn't aligned and he even noticed that the other side was not either. Took a picture of it and said it was documented, great. Fast forward to me reversing out of parking spot and the front bumper gets caught up on the parking block and rips the front end off both of the sides. Now they are telling me I have to file a claim through my insurance....This is after they told me that, yes this has been repaired by them before and that they see this happen all the time. I feel like I've just totally got scammed by Enterprise. Hopefully this isn't a common practice by them and it's just this location.

Absolutely horrible!!! I had made a reservation days prior and when I went to pick up the car they told me they couldn’t find the reservation, even though I had a confirmation email , I had also spoken with a representative a few days prior and confirmed it!!! Very unprofessional and unwilling to help! Stay away

Worst customer service I’ve ever had along with the most unprofessional customer service by a Manager.The reservation was made by Allstate that works directly with enterprise. The Manager Cliff told me that they put me in whatever vehicle the insurance covers at $24 a day. After putting down a $300 deposit, l returned the car after 6 days to find out they charged me $45 a day. ($399)) and Called me a lier, my wife a lier and told me there was no way they are giving me the car for the negotiated price and that was the only car they had available.. I requested a call from area manager and nothing. He was extremely rude.. I am still in need of a rental but would rather take an Uber then to give them my business.1 month later!!!Just so you are aware, I never received any communication back on this matter. I’ve left messages with customer service multiple times. I’m sorry but I won’t let this one go so easy. This Manager was completely rude, nasty and confintational. My wife mentioned to me that it’s the same manager that did not hold the 15 passenger van we reserved for our wedding day last January. We had to scramble to get one on the morning of our wedding

If zero stars were an option they wouldn’t even get that! The customer service rep JAKOB KELLY Was the most rude unprofessional person I’ve ever seen in my life and that says a lot cause I’ve been a retail manager for 20 years so I’ve seen a lot of rude! But this guy takes the cake. If he would’ve handled our situation with the slightest bit of respect and dignity, enterprise would’ve gotten at minimum $2000 of our business seeing how it’s going to take months for my car to be fixed and I obviously needed a rental. 100% because of him we canceled our reservation (not that they even had the car or similar anyway) And we went to budget and I’m so thankful we did because the process was so much easier!!! Funny thing is budget had the same problem we encountered they didn’t have the car we reserved, but they were so glad to give me a different one and honor the original price unlike enterprise. If you end up at this location or thinking about choosing a car with them be warned that if they don’t have a vehicle type you reserved for the rate you reserved it at… they will tell you to pay the extra which in our case was almost triple or kick rocks. What a scam!!!!
