East West is the most amazing and caring vet clinic I’ve been to. Our fur baby was brutally attacked and the doctor and staff were so attentive and worked closely with Blue Pearl to get him transferred to their clinic to perform surgery. The staff and doctor went out of their way to keep us posted and make sure our baby was well taken care of. The doctor was so kind to volunteer to monitor overnight. If you want a team that truly cared about your pet, don’t think twice. Thank you East West for everything you do!

Took my 16yo dog Abigail to see Dr Crafton and Katrina yesterday about oral issues and hip/leg issueThey are very kind, knowledgeable, and explain everything well. Dr Crafton spent a lot of time with meThey gave me several options and never try to promote the most expensive one.East West is very reasonably priced and I’m extremely happy with their services.I’ve been bringing my pets there since 2013!!

I have bn going to East West vet off del Prado for yrs now, Every one is so professional and very kind, The Vet Dr's are awesome they are thorough, and I won't change Vets anytime soon. Miss Mia always thinks she's getting her nails done but once we're inside she is ok ....silly girl. We love this place !!

Oh my God I never went to such a great doctor.She saved my poor cat.The staff is wonderful, such caring and compassionate people. Dr Emily is wonderful. I cannot thank her enough,there aren't enough good things to say about her and her staff.They are my new vet. Thanks again for everything, they are very reasonable.We love all of you.Chloe feels so much better.She was crying in pain,they saved her. I recommend them1000 percent.

People are very friendly and kind. However, the doctor took my dog hunter in to check him out at 11 am as he had just started having issues this week with breathing issues, sneezing, and his eye started to pool blood in the iris. He said that he was a little worried, but we caught it at a good time and that he received 4 out of 5 stars for his report. And that vitals looked fine, and he had a respiratory infection with a bit of adema in the abdomen. We had reviewed his report when we got home, his heart rate was 150bpm AT REST, and his respiratory rate was 40pm. They prescribed him antibiotics and steroids and ignored the signs of the adema and the high heart rate and obscure vision.. later that evening he passed away at 6:30pm.. litterally 2 hours after him receiving his meds. called to see about returning the meds and request a refund as they may have completely misdiagnosed him or prescribed medication that could have been harmful to him. They charged me 342 dollars and only offered back 70 of it , and I'm sorry... DO YOUR RESEARCH FOR HERE before taking your pet here. I used to trust this place. I will never go back. There are similar reviews showing they did similar things to other beloved pets after new management took over. One specifically said they received similar medication and two hours later had a seizure after giving the pet the medication. Then two eeeks later it died.

Took our family dog to the vet in the morning and they said his levels were a little elevated but prescribed antibiotics and steroids as they thought it was a upper respiratory infection, and that same night he died.

They where amazing! My 17 year old cat has had some GI issues, I have taken her to two other vets, I wanted a follow-up before our drive north and couldn't get into one of the veterinarian we had seen. East west veterinarian was amazing! I called explained the situation and they got us right in with a cancelation, they where kind, professional and understanding. The doctor suggested an x-ray which we did, she explained what she saw and gave us options, I was braced for a very expensive visit only to find the cost was so much more reasonable that what I had been quoted. I definitely recommend this practice and will use them in the future should my fur baby need medical attention.

Not very happy that who ever shaves dogs for surgery needs to learn how to do it. I understand you got to do it but don't be sloppy with it, BTW act like you care when you do it..I really dont even wanna bring my dog back just because who ever did that needs to find another job.No reason to shave that high up on 1 side and do it fine on the other. No where near where u needed to be ..absolutely sloppy

Our senior dog suddenly couldn’t stand on his front paw. We are snow birds and don’t have a vet here. We called the East West Clinic and they told us to bring him in asap. They were compassionate, caring and understanding. They helped us make the decision to put him down, made him feel relaxed and let us spend time with him at the end. We would definitely recommend this care center. Thank you staff for being there when we needed you.

Our regular Dr retired at VCA and changed and we our beautiful Westie needed help to go to Rainbow Bridge at 15. They put us in large room comfortable say good bye. Dr and assistant petted him till passed.Compassionate and could not have been kinder at worst time imaginable.
