Total up-sale scam. I pulled up to the touchscreen and a salesman came over right away to help me and convince me to get the $15 wash instead of the $10 because he said for the $10 wash they don't do the wheels and tires. I reluctantly paid the extra $5 to do the wheels so that I didn't have to do them myself at home which was the whole purpose of me going through the automatic car wash. So I paid and pulled around to the entrance where there was one girl waving cars into the tire guide. Under the old ownership of this car wash they used to have 2 to 3 people at the wash entrance, one waved you in while the others power washed and sprayed chemicals on the front rear of car, wheels and tires and then power wash them before you entered the car wash. I was always happy with the outcome when the previous owners ran the business. So anyway I go through the car wash, Pull out to the vacuum area and park. I get out and just as I guessed the wheels are still grimy and dirty. I go over to the 3 salesmen located at the 2 open lanes where you pay who were upsailing all of the customers and I told one of them that my wheels were still grimy and dirty and nobody clean them. The guy told me that they get cleaned inside the car wash. I explained to him the old ownership always clean the wheels first outside and all the equipment inside the building looked exactly the same. This business was only built about 4 years ago if that. The guy tried telling me that the new owners put over a million dollars in new equipment inside the building which I find Really hard to believe.... It all looked exactly the same and did the same things. In the past I've been through this car wash tons of times. I will never go back to any of their locations and I will make sure to let everyone else know that they suck. The basic car wash under previous owner was only $6 and included the wheels getting sprayed on the way in. Now the basic wash is $10 and they don't do the wheels. For now on I'll just pay my son to wash the car for $15

$35 per month premium plan.. hot wax, undercarriage, tire shine.. unlimited washes per month you can actually take your car there as much as you want.. plus free vacuums.. that's a great deal in my book..

Some are good , some suck, some vacuums are different and better vacuum nozzles and different ways to get a good clean , some old vacuums barely work.

Skyline in cape coral,,some vacuums are not working..blower does blow dry properly..the hand held air blowers are a joke..

I have an unlimited Mister Carwash plan at one of their Cape Coral Fl locations. Im an Uber driver and use the service enough that my cost is only about $1/wash. I get a lot of compliments regarding my clean car and Im convinced having a clean car increases my tips by a lot more than I pay Mister Carwash.
My first job (60 years ago) was with a great company that taught me customer service skills and a strong work ethic that stuck with me my whole life. Its clear from the smiles and friendly waves I get every visit, that Mister Carwash is doing the same for their young staff

Updating my review because this place has gone downhill severely, I will be canceling my membership ASAP
Every single vehicle that I drive through this car wash either loses a piece or does not come clean completely, some of the sprayer nozzles do not even work other ones only spray the front half of the car and the membership prices. Keep going up and up and up plenty of other options that are not as abrasive on my vehicles.

I recently visited Mister Car Wash hoping for a thorough cleaning of my vehicle, but unfortunately, I left disappointed. Despite paying a premium price, there were still bugs stuck on my windshield and the front bumper. Additionally, the vacuum service was underwhelming, leaving debris behind. For the price charged, I expected a much higher level of service. Overall, not worth the expense for the lackluster results.

Every Mister Car Wash location has friendly staff, efficient queues, and overall excellent customer service. Locations are always well-kept and have at least 2 attendants available if I have questions or need assistance.
