Nice car wash, but often the auto gates don’t open if you’re a member, and there seem to be new scratches on the hood of my car consistent with the spinning brush. Not sure I’ll keep my membership much longer.

The membership is good, you can get unlimited washes. Free vacuums come in clutch, however, the people up front before you get into the wash tunnel don't care. The half spray water onto your car, sometime the completely miss the giant windshield. Overall decent car wash, but employees could care more.

$2 just to turn on the dog wash machine. Got no time for that money, just to start it. My f150 mirror fell off and they made me wait for 30 minutes before they got it and now it won't stay on right. When I asked them about the wait, they just said it had to do with the fact that I should have taken them off. Why would I take off my whole mirror before a car wash. The dog wash didn't even work and the dog dryer was so low power that I spent 3 dollars just to dry her. I would rather dry her at another car wash with the car dryer. This is only about this specific location as I do have better experiences at the ones in Napels. I was only up there for work and my work truck looks worse than it was before it went it

I've had issues with this company and two months ago I told them to stop debiting my account they sent and email assuring it was taken care and for the past two months they have debited my account anyway just this morning did it again . Guess I got to get a lawyer on them to refund my money and stop charging my card . Hope no one else has issues with them just watch your accounts
