Don't buy Gift Cards for the dollar trees store because they don't work and they will not give you back the money for it at all

Selection was amazing. I have tested out many dollar tree stores, but this is the best I've run across yet it was clean. The aisles were not cluttered. The aisles were so in order, and they had lots of products to look at I commented to the workers that they had done a very good job with the store, and it made it a pleasure to shop. Everyone was friendly. I got to check out and I gave the cashier too much money at my fingers are numb and it's hard to count out the money. he caught that I gave him to $10 too much in ones and handed it back which I was thankful cause I thought he said 27 and it was 17. Thanks for being honest

I love dollar tree. My only complaint is some stores carry different products than others. Sometimes one store stocks a 6 count of something and another stocks a 4 count and they're the same price at each store. I love the affordable pricing. ?

Terrible customer service and unprofessional by the manager Milaris. As a customer, I requested freshly inflated balloons which were inflated by teller Alejandro. He was providing good customer until his manager decided to tell him "you are moving too slow do I need to put you in the back let me know because I can work the register" in Spanish. Unbeknown to her I spoke Spanish and understood her lack of professionalism. Subsequently, she told another customer to go to the other register that he was too slow that she will ring him up. Upon leaving I informed her that he was not being slow I had requested him to fill up balloons (5) for me that's why he took long. In addition, I proceeded to tell her that is not something she says in front of customers and her response was that she is the manager and that is her opinion against mine. After leaving I called to ask for her name to make a complaint and she hung up. I called once again and she provided the name stated above threatening me that she had my number. She then continued to yell over the phone without any manners without allowing my self the customer to speak. In conclusion, manager Milaris failed to provide a professional, welcoming and respectful environment.

My wife was in the store today and one of the employees was very rude and unprofessional with her. She bought a product that was falsely advertised (a light that supposed to change colors, but doesn’t) but they refused to exchange for another item. She say is a policy not to exchange open items (That’s ok) but a product that doesn’t do what is advertised and was bought for that exact reason?She left my wife talking to herself and had a bad atitude towards her. We are not going back to this store.

My grandfather just fell at this store.. He said he was on the ground for a few mins before 2 ladies found him in the isle and helped him up. He said the 2 ladies were shoppers and that they asked your 2 employees to help and they said they couldnt do anything. Then proceeded to speak only to each other in spanish.. I SURE HOPE YOU HAVE A POLICY FOR if someone gets injured in your store! I will be speaking with my attorney tomorrow!!!

Not a bad store very well organized. The pet food section is not very big just incase some of you are pet owners like myself. Other that that good store.

I’ll never shop there again. MONICA the cashier was very rude and disrespectful to a customer in front of other customers. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to shop here. Speaking from a personal experience.
