“Store is great parking lot is terrible at night. No lights working since the storm and one just twitches real bad. Looks like a opening scene of a horror movie. In all seriousness though owner of plaza needs to fix, you have no visibility at night and people are going to get hurt walking into parking lot.”
“Donny the manager is the best manager I've ever seen working at a dollar general he's a manger that should teach other managers how to manage... Easy location On the corner. Some shelves are a bit of a mess but you are still able to find what you need. Stocks are always restocked and organized. The employees are very nice. The self check out is more annoying than helpful. Parking is in front and has a spot to lock your bicycle.”
“On Monday July 3, 2023, on a whim, I stopped at the Family Dollar located at: 340 Cape Coral Pkwy E, Cape Coral, FL 33904, and I am very glad I did. I was greeted as I walked through the door. The floors were clear with nothing in them. The shelves appeared to be well stocked (as much as possible on a holiday weekend). I found what I was looking for, proceeded to the cash register, and was again, greeted with a friendly face. I am so grateful for [what I assume] a management change. It is just so much better than the last time that I was there. Let me explain.The last time that I was there, there were boxes all over the place. Mostly on the floor, and not neatly pushed to the side so as to be able to walk through the aisle. There were even boxes placed on shelves. There was no pride in this place. Maybe even no common sense. This was not the only time that it had been in this state. It was like this every time I visited, over the course of a couple of years. The issue that I had (and the reason I vowed to never return) were the employees on their phones. Both of them. I wanted to ask the one female, that was not behind the counter, where to locate an item. She put up her first finger (as to tell me to wait), turned away from me and continued her conversation. That was it. I just left and told myself that I would never come back.On this day, I was out and about and thought that I would give this Family Dollar another chance. I am so glad that I did. It was such a pleasant experience. Yes, I will return, again.Note to the Family Dollar regional team: While the interior is now in such better shape and the employees seem to be more involved, there is still a glaring issue that REALLY needs to be addressed. The exterior. The bushes are terribly overgrown, and weeds are growing between the sidewalk and the asphalt. This is very shoddy maintenance. The bushes on the Cape Coral Parkway side are actually blocking the sightline when trying to pull out onto the parkway. Please help the staff inside to get this back to the lovely place it was in the beginning.Monica”
“Selection was amazing. I have tested out many dollar tree stores, but this is the best I've run across yet it was clean. The aisles were not cluttered. The aisles were so in order, and they had lots of products to look at I commented to the workers that they had done a very good job with the store, and it made it a pleasure to shop. Everyone was friendly. I got to check out and I gave the cashier too much money at my fingers are numb and it's hard to count out the money. he caught that I gave him to $10 too much in ones and handed it back which I was thankful cause I thought he said 27 and it was 17. Thanks for being honest”
“This dollar tree has improved their store significantly in the past month. It is not as messy and it seems like they have a fuller staff and the store looks so much better.”
“The manager of this store is amazing! I came with my two little kids to purchase a kiddy pool without even thinking that I was driving a sedan. He helped me put it in my trunk and even brought me a small bungie from within the store just to make sure I was able to have the pool set up for my kids. Amazing customer service you can’t find anywhere else!”
“I stopped in to get a Red Bull and couple snacks, when I walked in I was greeted it made me smile as my journey lead me to the register with my items I grabbed my Red Bull and a woman came around with the brightest smile and so pleasantly said hello how are you.
The energy in this store was amazing it was like shopping at Publix everyone seemed happy. The Queen was her name she was so amazing delightful and full of energy! Thank you for that experience, she encouraged me to pay it forward. An I will, I’ll drive across town for a store I enjoy shopping at! “Good service they have really changed since the last couple Months they used to be rude and not clean at all.
Now, they speak nice to customers and have alot of patience. Could have a bathroom and organize stuff correctly but besides that everything else seems to be fine”

“The best dollar tree I've ever been to! Always stocked with a large variety of products. People are so friendly and helpful. The employees all work so hard to keep the customers happy. It's also huge! I will go out of my way to go to this dollar tree from now on!”
