They've been our supplier of crickets for our Leopard spotted gecko for almost 2 years now. They're super nice, very informative, and always have great service. My wife and I always check out the other animals and reptiles and fish while we wait for our crickets. It's definitely one of the best hole in the wall pet shop's hands down.

Absolutely nothing but incredible things to say about this store. They were so incredibly helpful and made our daughters experience finding her new pet so special. They are knowledgeable and ensured we had everything we needed, in that bringing us so much peace of mind leaving with our new friend. In addition, they went out of there way in every way that they could to help our family. Highly recommend!

This has to be one of the cutest pet stores I’ve seen. It’s organized and clean, doesn’t smell terrible and the employees are super nice and helpful.

Horrible service! Was there to buy aquatic plants and turtle food. I was totally ignored then proceeded to register to pay for turtle food. Being next in line waiting I was then ignored again as the guy behind the register decided to help 2 women who just got there after me. It's not like they were busy and packed but to be totally disrespected by being ignore is not acceptable. I left without purchase and went to another store to do business.
