I had a wonderful experience with very kind staff to help me. Diane herself took my ring to be sized and it came back in less than a week, completely seamless.I will definitely be coming back!

I’d stay away! Just got off a phone call from this business and harassed by an employee who was told by the owner to call me. This was over an advertised street sign that was placed on public sidewalk/easement in Cape Coral off Veterans and Del Prado. It was never in front of their business and their store location is on the opposite side of where it was placed. I then was told it was on their property and that I’d need to pay a rental fee to leave it up…? Said No thanks, then was told to pick up my sign or she’d throw it out. I agreed to collect and she replied with its thrown away after telling me they had it. After trying to explain things to the employee, she hung up. Then was called by the (know it all) owner afterwards who continued to lecture and had zero clue about public property. Place seems super scammy for a Jewelry Store. Shop elsewhere…

Absolutely a joke, no where in the store is there a sign that says no refunds, I brought back a Christmas present my wife did not like and was told no refunds, yet this was never communicated to me that policy also nothing on the receipt..... Overpriced costume jewelry.... STAY AWAY..... Mark Loren is the much better choice.

I do NOT recommend diamonds by dianne. I took my diamond earrings in for repair with no missing stones and they claimed a week later stones were missing. They have a system where when you bring your jewelry in, they take notes and pictures. Nowhere in my notes did it say stones were missing. Long story short, they are charging me for the missing stones and repair. I recommend Mark Loren. The only reason I didn't go to him first was because diamonds by dianne was closer to my house. Beware!!!

Extremely poor service brought in earrings to be repaired and when it was time to pick them up there were stones missing which were not noted at drop off. Employees have no authority to make things right and that is due to the owner (Dianne) being a poor manager and not even attempting to make things right. She hides behind her employees and 3 times we were promised a call back from Dianne and she never called back because she quite obviously does not care. How has this place been in business for so long?

Needed to repair my wife's diamond ring and they were very friendly and had it done the next day. Outstanding jewelry shop with very knowledgeable and proficient staff. The owner is a true Lady.
