“Just want to give a shout out to Addison for being so welcoming and helpful as soon as we entered the store. Then just when we spent a good amount of time searching for an adapter for our power washer wand that broke (no luck) .. we bumped into T.J. as we were leaving, he asked if we found everything and we said we didn’t.. so he offered to help us look again and he found us not only the correct adapter but a brand new hose attached to it and saved us a ton of time and trips all over town trying to locate what we needed.. AND he saved us a few hundred dollars as well because we may have ended up having to replace the entire fairly new unit!

“Mom had a couple of things to return and while she did that, I took the time to check out the menswear section of the store.
The shop is neatly divided into women's fashion, kids, mens, housewares, kitchenware and furniture. Racks are not overstuffed and the shelves are tidy. Prices are for most items clearly marked.
I did not happen to spot anything in my size that I wanted to purchase today but there was a shirt that came close and a pair of jeans that was almost my size.”

“This location, in my opinion, is better stocked and always organized, which, for me, is always a plus. I come here to buy women handbags as they are one of my faborite accessories.”
“I like this location, it is never too busy. They have a good selection of everything. They run a lot of sales and have coupons. I gave up Kohls for Belk! I only gave 4 stars because sometimes it can be a tiny bit disorganized but its not overwhelming.”
“The cashier super sweet and polite. She helped me by getting me boxes for my big order. Even when another customer behind me started getting rude she shut it down with a smile on her face. I love this store!”
“Alyssa at Guest Services is an actual angel <3 she has a great attitude, and was really helpful. I called the store, and was told by another employee that my keys were not turned in. On a whim and extreme desperation, I drove back to Target and retraced my steps. Feeling defeated, I decided my last option was to try guest services. I was greeted by Alyssa with a smile, and she actually even remember my keys which was really awesome. Thanks Alyssa :)”

“This target is a "Super Target" meaning it has a full grocery section in addition to Target. There are two targets in Cape Coral this one and the one off Santa Barbara Blvd, which I live only 3 minutes away from- but I'll always choose this one over the other. This Targets employee's are a lot nicer and don't make you feel...unwanted nor are they pushy and in your face with "customer service". I used to work for Shipt doing grocery shopping and would frequently shop this store, they treated me no different as a shopper or customer. I'm sure anyone else who has done Shipt shopping knows some stores are very rude about you being a shopper.The customer service department is always helpful when making a return, I've never ever had them be rude about a return or complicate the process for the most part. I had a time period after having my daughter that I was having to return a lot of the wrong sized diapers and they were very kind about it. This Target is very well stocked and maintained, if you're looking for a "new" item like new toy releases or Funko Pops this Target is your best bet out of the two in Cape.Only negative is I've only ordered store pickup/drive up a handful of times here and each time one or more of my items isn't actually in stock and gets cancelled- but I realize that's not necessarily Targets fault.Overall: best Target in the area!”
“The cashier Pauleetta, she is a nice person but man she is really, really, Really slow! Besides that, the Walmart is very clean! I mostly come in here at night because I live next door and they are doing their nightly restock and this one kid seemed like her really didn't ant to be there. He had headphones in his ears and he seen I was trying to get to the yogurt and he just watched me struggle trying to get past all the stuff that was blocking the yogurt. Bruce really helped me a lot! I knew that you can't use WIC at the self checkout so I asked him would he be able to help me in which he did. He was super nice”
“Love not having to travel over a bridge now for Sephora. Carlos is AWESOME!! Knows the products, uses the products and seems passionate about sharing that knowledge not just for getting the sale but for actually helping people find what they need. Also really friendly.”
“Prices are incredible, store was fairly easy to shop. I went for clothing to perform a job interview. Security guard even remembered to ask me how my interview had gone when I returned and it was an excellent touch.
I really really wish I lived by this place so I can shop it more frequently but I'll admit the lines can get ridiculous and the times it did there seemed to be someone who was purposely making customers wait almost as if they were being defiant in helping ring up customers simply because they asked for it. It was a cringe moment because then she just sat there with her arms crossed as customers walked out and it made me ask myself what her purpose was?”

“Ok target. Now while it's not the biggest. But it had the most lovely of employees. I was greeted like 27 times. When have you ever been treated like that in any store? Like oh hello how are you? Do you need anything? Hey how are finding everything- and it not be in a condescending or disrespectful manner as in oh we are watching you and treating you like a criminal? Yeaaaah no this was beautiful. Real. Honest. And by god I'm so glad this is the target we decided to stop into! Thanks y'all. Ya queen felt magical af.”
“Clean facility, well organized and Right sized, still had to check myself out but supervising cashier is much nicer than Super Walmart's on Bayshore and 41. Being informative and civil is all I really expect. Also price lowered on black garlic (a delicacy and Superfood) which is appreciated..”

“Hassan in the automotive department went way out of his way and spent so much time with me looking for just the right automobile floor mats... He was so helpful he went back-and-forth and tried to fit them in my car and one didn't work he tried another one always smiling and being very polite and congenial. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience Hassan!”
“It's a Walmart, what else can you say? They are all basically the same, either a full sized or just grocery, this one is full sized. The parking lot could do with a cleaning and repavement, but the inside is usually clean.
I do wish it would go back to 24 hours again.”
