I cannot say enough about Kyle at D. Gates. I have never ever written a review, but I have to in my case. Kyle literally spent days on the phone with me answering every single question and every single scenario I threw his way. He was very pleasant, honest and informative. He never made me feel like I was bothering him and he was more than happy to help explain what I did not understand. Kyle went above and beyond, doing the job that other insurance specialists would not take the time to do. I was on a time crunch and Kyle worked effortlessly to meet the deadline, while handling the jobs of others so that he could make it work for me. He was informative of my rights to purchase my sellers FEMA policy when another Insurance specialist told me I couldn't. Kyle was correct!! He is extremely knowledgeable in insurance, and simply cares. You can tell, when speaking with Kyle, he enjoys helping people find the best possible coverage. If he is not the best for you, he will tell you and not just sell you a policy. He genuinely cares and any company is lucky to have him on board. I had so many quotes from others, I was so confused. He spent the time to explain not only his, but theirs to me as well. He did not have to spend the time he did with me, but he did. He took all of the hard work, relieving me of the stress and frustration. I appreciated that he communicated with me, throughout my unique process, and met the demand of the task. Specialists like Kyle are very hard to find. I would recommend speaking with him for all your insurance needs, he can make it happen. I feel confident that he helped me make the right choices in insurance coverage.

I worked with Kyle today, who came recommended on a Facebook post. I was looking for insurance quotes for my new business I’m starting and he was absolutely amazing. He paid close attention to detail and didn’t leave anything out. He called me back so fast and explained everything to me so I knew what I was going to be covered for. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for insurance whether it’s business or not. He was so helpful and professional and didn’t sugar coat anything! That is so needed in today’s world. Fantastic Service! From start to finish everyone was professional, timely, and courteous. Could literally not ask for anything more! I was looking for a new agent after my existing agent failed me when my need for guidance and support was greatest (following IRMA). I spoke to several area agents, all absolutely top notch in their jobs. Yet KYLE, at D. Gates, stood out among them.Yes his knowledge, his demeanor, his engagement were all stellar but what put him above the rest were 2 things: (1) The time he invested in my insurance welfare (guidance, research, direction) before he had a dime from me and (2) advising me to stay with my current agent as signing with him might not be cost-efficient for me. Yes, I pay more in premiums now but KYLE has earned every cent so far.KYLE knows that for me, it is what the merchant does after the sale that matters and I have no doubt that he will continue to prove himself well worth it as we move forward in our insurance relationship.
