Couldn’t find a product I was looking for anywhere in the store. Their app said they have it in stock. Went searching for an employee to help. Finally found one after a while of looking. As I approached him, he gave me a dirty look and turned his back to me. I greeted him nicely with hello, how you. No greeting back, just turned his head slightly toward me and gave me a dirty look. I asked if he could show me where the product I was looking for is located because I was having the most difficult time locating it. He turned his head from me again and said in a very mean tone to go to aisle 2. I stood there for a second saying I looked all over, including there, still couldn’t find it. He continued to just stand there looking mean as ever like I just kicked his dog or something. I turned around and walked away and said to myself, wow, you don’t have to act like an ahole. He follows me after that and say very sarcastically if I want him to show me where it is. I said yes and that what I asked the first couple times and to do away with the sarcasm. Turns out, it wasn’t where he said it was and he had to find it as well then took a min to tell me I could leave the store. I asked for what? You where the one being mean and confrontational and acting like you wanted to start something with me. I just wanted my product. That’s all. I got it and left.
A couple of my girls then told me that guy follows them down every aisle and stares at them when they go in there to get something. This guy really creeps them out makes them feel uncomfortable. I told them I wish they notified me of that sooner so it could have been addressed.
I didn’t see a name tag but he is slightly overweight with dark hair, unshaven. Avoid this guy at all costs. And if you have girls, take them elsewhere and don’t let this creep near them.
This cvs has had their share of problems. Some need to be addressed some are just finding good help. Most people in there are good and friendly and want to help. It only takes someone like this guy to really make everyone there look bad especially if he isn’t dealt with by management.

Avoid this place like the plague. The only thing they’re good at is arguing with you. Always a hassle getting the prescription refilled.No compassion, but plenty of debate. Wish there was a less than zero star because they definitely earn it every visit. Gets old and just tired of the debate and arguing. Congratulations CVS, you wore me down with your constant incompetence. I am heading to Publix for now on. This place is beyond pathetic. Not to mention the app is as pathetic as the pharmacy is !!!

They can't count. I have a controlled prescription that I have to take twice daily. I can only get it every 30 days, a pharmacist refused to refill my prescription because it was early. No hun, it's a week late. Made me go an additional week until the head guy finally fixed it. They never admitted wrong doing, said the computer messed it up. Didn't apologize for treating me like an addict either.

The worst customer service I have ever had. Sat on the phone for 30 minutes to refill a prescription listening to them talk and listen to music while completely ignoring me. So I drive down talk to the manager just for him to brush me off and do nothing about it other than hang up on me finally and walk away. Worthless management and worthless staff, I would rather die than go through that again.

I want to give my opinion of the pharmacy about Bianney, the truth is that she is the best, she cares and helps the customer in everything, you feel with her as if you had known her all your life, you must feel very happy to have her

We have been with CVS even before moving from across the state to Florida , 15 plus years and have no complaints ? we also use the pharmacy for same amount of time.. we are a CVS Extra care Card holder .. and it’s so worth , the things we buy clip coupons on line , rewards .. the staff who work there have always been friendly and helpful , the gentleman today thanked me for being a card holder ! NO thank you .. I got about $80 off my bill! Pharmacy staff always informative if we call , get our flu shots there and there’s a minute clinic at certain locations ..our CVS is 1003 Santa Barbara , Cape Coral! The onlyyyyy thing is getting through by phone the automated and on line is good and very easy .. but talking to a human could be an awhile … we would never change and love our CVS ??

The pharmacy is a dumpster fire. Some really nice staff, but a lot of really rude ones. ERRORS filling three of our prescriptions in one year. They act like your questions are an imposition often out of stock, even on drugs that are not super popular. It looks like a madhouse. Employees running around like crazy. The prescriptions just piled up like this is the only place you can get prescriptions filled. I stayed with them because my insurance requires them for three month refills. But recently, I decided to just pay the separate co-pays and go to Publix. Staff is much nicer. The place is not run like a zoo. if you’ve been using CVS for a long time and think that the chaos is normal, you don’t have to live this way. Find another pharmacy.

They don't answer the phone and when they do they hang up on you. When the medicine is ready, they do not send the text message to pick it up. My son takes medication to control his seizures and due to the poor service of the pharmaceutical staff, they do not place the order on the appointed day and it takes so long to do so, my My son has gone up to a week without the medicine, and these medicines are so controlled that you cannot miss a dose because the body suffers and it can cause severe seizures, I even took my son in person so they can see that it is a special child in wheelchairs and who needs medicine. But they don't care at all and continue doing their job poorly.
The worst is the pharmacy. But sadly I can't change pharmacies because insurance doesn't allow it.
