I spent some time in the emergency room last night. A family member brought my five prescriptions to this CVS today and the pharmacy is closed??? There is a sign in the drive-through window “ closed no pharmacist on duty today” . What is up with that??

Almost always an issue at this location. They'll have 4-5 people working behind the counter and only one inept person servicing the drive through and the line of customers. I'll get a text that meds are ready but aren't. No warning that pharmacy is closed for lunch so I waste time and gas going there. Been like this for years and unfortunately my insurance is tied to CVS per state job.

My experience with my neighborhood CVS has been first rate. The pharmacists and their techs are knowledgeable, helpful, and very thorough. For fairness, more clients should recognize the gravitas of their work. The meds and guidance has to be right all the time. Nahn, TJ, Arturo, Lori and some other others are hands down some of the best pharmaceutical professionals that I’ve ever had the pleasure of regularly working with— vis a vie the Veterans Administration, Walgreens, Publix or otherwise. This team deserves a lot of credit for being thorough, ethical, and going above and beyond every chance they get. Keep up the good work guys. Y’all are a model of efficient customer service for pharmacies large and small. My family I choose CVS at 1209 Del Prado S. We won’t go anywhere else.

The assistant at the checkout helped me with my purchase in such a way that I was able to apply the coupon correctly in addition to her jovial nature. Thank youI always feel grateful to shop at this Del Prado CVS

Have your prescription sent somewhere else. Can not get the pharmacy to answer the phone. Multiple calls over two days that go to hold and then to voice mail. Definitely no call back either.

This place is obviously being operated by a skeleton crew. I’ve never been to a pharmacy other than Walgreens where the service was so slow, unhelpful, undependable, and pathetic. CVS needs to dig into its own pockets a little and hire some people and actually make the job nice enough to entice people to come work. I’d give it negative stars but that’s not an option.

I am a cancer patient and when my Dr prescribed medication they refuse to fill the order. My Dr has even called them and personally visited the store. I will be moving my prescriptions to another vender. They have attitudes and act like I am an abuser instead of a person in pain. Wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone and I am going to notify my drug plan company
