Super friendly staff! I pass several other gyms on my 1/2 hour drive to arrive here, wouldn’t have it any other way! Done 2 classes in 2 days.. bring it on crunch ??

I had an amazing first time at crunch fitness in Cape Coral. Mateo at the front desk was amazing and was a great help as well.

Not a bad environment to work out in, but their membership policy ruined it. It is basically a scam if you are looking to purchase a membership for a temporary time period. They bait you in with a 5 day free trial where you need to commit to 3 months after. Then after that they charge you with an annual fee which you cannot cancel over the phone and only in person which does not help if you are not from the area.

This location of Crunch is awesome. There is plenty of equipment even during the busy mornings. They offer a wide range or free weights, weight machines, treadmills, elliptical machines, and bikes. Name a class and it's got to be there. What else could you be looking for ?My wife and I paid for a trainer. Erin is fantastic as our trainer. Cognizant of our ages and lack of conditioning. Always a good workout, but never too much. We would highly recommend her.

The Crunch gym has scammed me. They charged me for a membership and today they tell me that what is written is not what they mean. Mr. Jordan with his very bad manner stopped us at the entrance as if we were dogs, managing to take my daughter to tears. That spoiled, conceited, arrogant boy with very bad manners should not be dealing with the public. I am personally going to contact the manager of the place and let him know I will file a lawsuit against the establishment for fraud and against Jordan for damages and harm to my daughter. There are other elements but I prefer to save them for the appropriate time. They have time to review what they are going to pay and the people they are going to have to deal with. Today they have destroyed all the good they could have done .

They bait you on the telephone to get you to come in for $1 dollar sign up then when you get there they turn around and tell you there's a contract involved. Then they dont notify you that you need to bring in your bank account number and information that could last about 10 -15 min to complete the process. They also expect you to take a photograph. ALL of this could've been told to me on the phone prior to wasting my time entering that facility. Then I chose to take the free pass because I was extremely frustrated and felt deceived. Took the pass then had to fill out info, then they ask for my ID (which there is NO POLICY) which I felt was discriminatory. Spent the free pass and the place is crowded. The music they were playing overpowered what I was playing on my headphones. Wanted this to be a nice experience but it was not. Once I was completed I returned to get my ID and the front desk lady pretended as if she had a stack of cards to go through. They lucky I don't sue. But my life and happiness is more precious than dealing with people who deceive. They work minion jobs for me to even take it that far. Never will go back. Better Gyms out there.
