They never answer the phone!! I call it rings 28 times no one picks up. I never call unless I’m having a serious problem. I won’t call them again I’ll go to another store.

The store manager actually lied to me just to procure a sale. He was so sure that my monthly bill wouldn't exceed $25 because I have medicaid. All he had to do is check the system and make sure I was a medicaid recipient. When I got home I read the receipts and got on line and come to find out my monthly bill was going to be $239.42. Don't believe anything they tell you. Always read the fine print and never believe a Cricket salesperson. Better yet skip over this store when your out looking at phones. They are located on Del Prado in Cape Coral.

Went to the store on Saturday. I asked to buy a Motorola phone and case. The woman only recommended 2 phones. Then she gave me a choice of 2 cases, she added a glass protector that I didn't ask for. She did not install the protector properly. It is crooked. I requested a car charger, she picked one without the cord. When I went to the store today to try to exchange the unopened plug, I was informed they don't do refunds or exchanges. Funny they won't exchange their own new merchandise, but offered me a refund on the now used phone. I ended buying a cord for $30 and the plug that was $30 plus tax. I am a senior and feel I got ripped off. Never, never will I ever buy another cricket phone.

Quick and easy transaction today at the Del Prado Cricket store in Cape Coral. Jonathan Valdez helped my son get a new iPhone after his broke. Recommend checking out this store if you need any phone help.

Marshal helped me very enthusiastically. He got me signed up for a government program that saves you $30 a month on your bill if anyone in your family receives any benefits like snap food stamps or Medicaid. Marshal said it would take 5 minutes but it was much more extensive than than and took about 20+ minutes but to only have a $5 a month bill, it was worth the time. So go in and get quite a savings cause Marshal was more happy for my savings than I even was.
