If I could give 0 stars I’ll do it. Worst customer service ever. As a Salon Owner I am always busy and I require sometimes the lady from the front desk to go and buy me some products. This Cosmoprof store is always giving me a hard time to sell the girl the products I need , I never have this problem in Salon Centric or Cosmoprof located at Park Meadow in Fort Myers.

There are NEVER and I mean never, have an adequate quantity of hair styling tools. The hairbrush self is bare every time I go in which has been about once every 2 weeks so far. I called other stores and they have also warned me of barren shelves! What gives y'all?!?!?

I came into this store yesterday around 12:00.The girl working was most unhelpful. I finally had to tell her to call someone to help do a transaction.The shelves were bare and the girl working was clueless about the store. I left this store and went to the one in Fort Meyers .The Fort Meyers store was much better.I was greeted by a sweet young lady who was very eager to help me.The store was much better and I will definitely go here in the future.It is sad because I have to drive past your store to go to another one. I certainly hope there are some changes made.I have been using Cosmo Proft for years in another state and never had such problems there.
