What can I say about Corey at Genesis Lending that hasn’t already been said? How about the fact that he is one of the best mortgage brokers in Florida? I’ve had a multitude of clients I’ve sent to him that have had nothing but positive experiences. I know anytime I send somebody to talk to him, he either wraps everything up quickly, or points them in the right direction. This is the difference between Corey and the other brokers in the sunshine state. With Corey you know what you’re getting, and can be confident it’s the best in the industry!

I can’t say enough about Corey and genius lending. I sent my friends to him when they were buying their house, Corey did my mortgage and helped with the builder to get us in early then I sent him my oldest daughter who all her life paid cash and had no credit rating. Corey helped her get a credit score and then qualified for her mortgage he’s there the whole time guiding you holding your hand so you know what is coming if you’re looking to buy a home 1st home or 2nd or income property Corey Blumer is the man!!! We've used Corey for all of our FL investment properties over the past several years as well as for the home loan on our new home in Cape Coral. Each and every loan was completed and closed well ahead of schedule. Usually withing 30 days. I appreciate that Corey took the time to discuss and evaluate all of the home loan options that were available and freely gave us his advise and his rationale regarding the best lender and loan to go with for each property.
