Don't bother trying to connect with xfinity on the phone. It's a nightmare. Just go on line and make an appointment and go here. Nice, competent staff. Clean store. I was seen promptly at my scheduled time. Got to speak to a real person who speaks English. Solved my issues. Highly recommend!

The rep was unprofessional . Did not help and did not reach out to his supervisor.
