They scam people talk to ryan gave me a price then called back 3 days latter and up the price even higher.. they dont care to help and he was really rude and called me name saying i wasnt giving the right attitude to talk to him

I would never go to NO ONE else for my AC needs! Ryan took amazing care of an issue I was having with a part we put in a year ago ! Let’s just say I just drove away AC is all new parts and SO COOL …. The staff is friendly, they get you right in ! If your have car or truck AC problem’s just ask for Ryan he will get you taken care of !!!

Just over a year ago we had an AC compressor replaced on my son car. The actuators were going in and out and we were told they would work after replacement. They didn't. We then paid to have all of them changed. Upon pick up, they had only changed one. When following up on this, it was asked "Well, do you really need the others to work?" This was frustrating enough but we let it be. NOW, 13 MONTHS later, one month past "warranty", the compressor has stopped working and needs replaced again. I called and was told, nothing to be done!

These guys are the real deal. I went in to get my AC fixed and they told me the Compressor was going out and needed replacing. The price they quoted was extremely fair. But I didn't want to invest the amount in a 15yr old car. After giving me a free ride home instead of waiting in shop and giving me the news, They charged me Nothing. It's rare to find an Honest and affordable auto repair shop these days But here they are. They are my new go to for car repairs. BTW they do much more than Radiators and Air Conditioning

They love to scam people and tell you what they think is wrong with car but in reality its not true. Went to another shop and told me that there was nothing wrong with it .

Just want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Ryan and his crew at Circle Radiator and Polar Air. They are the absolute best !! I’ve taken my 05 Chevy Silverado in there for service several times for a few different things, they have always given me the best service and always that extra minute to discuss what was wrong and needed fixed. I find that they are very honest and don’t cost me an arm and a leg!! They are and will remain my go to company for any repairs or just services that I might need. Snowbird seeking a 2nd quote after my A/C stopped working in NC on my drive to Florida. The staff are engaging, pleasant and interested in your satisfaction on the phone and then in the door as follow up....many of the fellas are from New England, so it lent to a nice conversation between us all. They answered all my questions / inquiries and were ready to go ahead with the job, but I needed to compare with my other written quote which I sought upon my arrival. I weighed the 2 and called to ask if a warranty was included which Pete replied "yes" for a year. The price point was great. One other bonus to their customer service was that they have a gentleman that would drive me home and pick me up from my residence as a courtesy. Very engaging fella whom was a pleasure to chat with on our journey back and forth. The A/C is working like a cool dream...very happy with this business and their service. Make this business your A/C choice today! You'll be happy you did . Thank you one and all that assisted me with this process.

I gave Polar Air one star, but would rate this business with a '0' star. I took my vehicle to them last week when my a/c was not working. They told me I needed a whole new a/c compressor alo g with a 'kit' with several related components for a cost of $1700. After a bit of negotiation, they dropped the price to $1300. They then stated they would need to order the new compressor kit, and they would require money upfront to order it. In the meantime I consulted with another auto a/c company, and their diagnostic check indicated it was a pressure switch leaking freon, and the overall condition of the original compressor was fine. I'm writing this to make other consumers aware of this grave injustice regarding this so called business.
