My husband went to wash his car, he paid for it on the automatic machine, it gives him a code, when he typed the code ,It didn’t work. He went inside to tell the employee ( a tall white woman) about the situation. She said she could not refund the money. She was very rude too. In the meanwhile he saw many other cars being washed. The machine was working for the other people. My husband does not have a fluent English, he called me to go there and help. When I get there she insisted there was nothing she could do, I told her you can give us a new code. She said “ you have to come back and talk to my manager, but she also can’t do nothing about it” she was unbelievable rude and mean, I started to record the conversation and finally a guy employee show up and gave us the money back without hesitation. For the first time I stood up and spoke out. It is not fair that people take advantage of other people. We are hardworkers and honest people. I hope other clients don’t go through this. Thank you!

I live close by it's so run down.. I've always had an awful experience here.. and you wouldn't think that if your just running in to get a polar pop.. cooperate really needs to do something about this locations management clearly doesn't care.. the cashier is in the back every other day with a closed sign on the door while lots of cars come and go

After the previous stop had no coffee, I stopped here because I knew that the K would have my back. Yes, they did. This is a smaller store but they have the usual ground and brewed to order machines with regular, decaf and flavored coffee. Creamers, sugars, ready to go. And not far away, all the high sugar and high fat breakfast treat that you need to start your day. The store is reasonably tidy and the coffee set up was easy to operate, then pay for it. Ahhh... coffee! This Circle K does NOT have gasoline. [Review 16726 overall - 1453 in Florida - 238 of 2022.]

Bad customer costumer services I went to this store after my car stop working i ask a man if He can call a taxi for me he didn’t help me since I notice he don’t want to help I ask 2 different customer and didn’t help me either thank GOD I GOT HOME SAFE THAT Rainy NIGhT I had to walk like maybe 1 mile to the Hopital at 11 pm and ask for help . ( one mile is far a young lady walking in the rain by herself ) . And the 2 costumer GOD bless them I was not asking for money I was just asking for a phone call to a taxi to get back to my children 2 month old and 2 year old ??????????

The cashier was in her cell phone, looked like playing on Facebook. She was not paying attention and thru my change on the counter and gloor then yelled at me and blamed me. Service was TERRIBLE. When I said something she yelled at me in spanish. As i was leaving the store she yells Jesus Christ.I will never shop at that store again

I work at a different circle k because this place sucks they have an attitude and their customer service is terrible. They wont even tell u if they have stuff in stock at the store when you call. If i could give zero stars i would. This is exactly we i dont work at this circle k
