I always go to this store because it is close to me, but I had the unpleasant experience of being charged 78 dollars for a 12 of beer, I went to the store and they only harassed me from one day to the next. The manager never received me, they never want to give you a receipt and those who serve always look at you with a bad face, definitely the administration of this place is not helpful, I would never, ever recommend this place

Had the worst experience at circle k, I come here when I get my mom and haven’t had a encounter with the guy (red hair red beard tall) that helped us today and when I say he was the rudest guy I’ve ever had take care of me here. Even his coworker had to tell him “you could be nicer”. Such a disgrace because now I’ll never go back to this location. He needs to definitely learn how to be nice to people being a clerk at a gas station and if he can’t then he should get a job not involving having to speak to customers. SMH. So rude!!! And to be rude to my mom!!!! Of all people my mother!!!! I’m very upset about this.

I'm not sure why they wouldn't let me choose this store as my home store. They offered to let me choose others but not the one I wanted. I live closest to the 533 Cape Coral Pkwy location.

I asked the guy working if they had any XL coffee cups and he just said "ummm... idk man" and didn't even bother to get up off his phone and check. So I went over by the bathrooms and found them in .2 seconds so I helped myself. As I'm checking out another employee came out of the back and I'm thinking to myself.. "he couldn't have at least asked the other guy??" Pure and utter laziness from the employee

Closed at midnight with all the lights on. If you're gonna run a store, maybe you should update the hours on maps so you don't have angry people yanking on your doors all night.

Today is Easter, but unfortunately I had to work and cover my store. After work, I'll stop by this Circle K location to get some gas and a large fountain soda to go. After this I went over to vacuum out my car out and that's where the problem started.When I was done l, I reached over to start my car.... and it didn't start up! What's going on? It looks like I have a dead battery! What a great surprise to have for Easter.I went back inside Circle K to talk to the Store Manager. It is hard for me to ask for help, but when I ask her if she would jump me so I could make it home. She did not hesitate to help me get back on the road, and gave me the needed assistance. Also to note, this is at the end of what I believe is a 12-hour shift.After leaving I did get my battery checked and it looks like it is the alternator and so I dropped My car off at the local Kia dealership to get it worked on tomorrow. I will always be thankful for the Store Manager for her assistance! It is rare to see this kind of customer service!!!!!Thank You!

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT! For years we have stopped at Circle K for a drink refill. This is the closest one and often on our way. Seems like over half the time they are out of Diet Coke, or their machine is broken down. Today they are out of carbon dioxide for he drinks. No other Circle K around here is so unreliable. They are always "waiting on a delivery." Since it's not such a problem for other locations, I have o believe it's the management of THIS store not keeping track of inventory.So often a disappointment.On top of that I purchased a drink refill plans, so I get a refill per day. I should be getting a refund, since apparently they just can't deliver.
