I prefer the downtown Cape Coral bank, though they are closed on Saturdays..every person who has helped me has been so kind and pleasant, unlike the Chase at Chiquita and Cape Coral Pkwy. The cape isnt that big..so I go where the people are kind.

Such a pleasant experience here! As new homeowners in SE cape it was important for us to find a bank that operates here and back in our home state. From the moment we walked in and booked an appointment everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. We met with Zachary Williams today and we’re extremely happy! He is not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful with setting up our accounts, he was such a joy to sit with and have a conversation about the area! Highly recommend and look forward to many years working with the team at this branch!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I called to get a rate on a foreign currency The Teller Diane acted like I was bothering her Right OFF THE BAT THE TELLER TELLS ME WE DON'T HAVE THAT ONE WITHOUT CHECKING AND THEN I ASK ABOUT ANOTHER ONE AGAIN SHE SAYS WE DON'T HAVE THAT ONE Either!...Very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND UNPROFESSIONAL NOT CAREING Attitude I WILL NOT EVER Recommend That Chase Branch to Anyone?
