CLIENTELE BE AWARE !! Although the staff is somewhat friendly, they are unprofessional and disrespectful. Out of respect, I won’t mention any names but I recently came in to make a larger cash deposit and it was deposited in someone else’s account even after verification was made of my identity with my ID etc. The next day I spoke to the Branch manager and to my surprise, she said that this bank error is not “not common”. Although the branch manager did reverse her statement later in our conversation, she did apologize for the bank error. Of course after several days, the error was corrected and my funds were properly granted, but I wasn’t able to properly access my funds on time in a professional manner along. After speaking to JP Morgan Chase Bank on an escalated call, nothing could be done to offset the bank/teller error incompetence. It did however get me thinking of how often this might be occurring and affecting others without them even knowing. I happened to catch this bank/teller error because I’m tech savvy but imagine those that make bank deposits and don’t follow up on proper bank procedures. Please be aware that what occurred to me is more common then we think. CUSTOMERS BE AWARE !!

I prefer the downtown Cape Coral bank, though they are closed on Saturdays..every person who has helped me has been so kind and pleasant, unlike the Chase at Chiquita and Cape Coral Pkwy. The cape isnt that big..so I go where the people are kind.

Such a pleasant experience here! As new homeowners in SE cape it was important for us to find a bank that operates here and back in our home state. From the moment we walked in and booked an appointment everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. We met with Zachary Williams today and we’re extremely happy! He is not only extremely knowledgeable and helpful with setting up our accounts, he was such a joy to sit with and have a conversation about the area! Highly recommend and look forward to many years working with the team at this branch!
