Our severely autistic son lives in a group home that uses this pharmacy. He has 2 insurances, private and through Medicaid due to his disability. We received large bills from Center Pharmacy. The primary insurance stated that they have never received a claim for one of the medication that should only cost us $10 per month. They billed us $150 for one month of this medication. I tried to call twice to resolve this issue and both times I was told someone would call me back and they never did. Calling them is challenging because they are only opened during business hours when both my husband and I work. Calling them during lunch time results in taking messages that were not followed up with return calls. Yesterday the group home owner contacted us again about $300+ bill. I tried to call this pharmacy but they were closed and I was unable to even leave a message because their voicemail box was full. We had a very frustrating experience with this pharmacy!

Convenient Cape Coral location and helpful staff. Drive thru or walk in with plenty parking. Prices average.

Phenomenal staff! Professional, helpful, and the best is if you are a regular customer they remember EVERYTHING! Like, I have my dog Rennie often with me in the drive thru. If Rennie is not with me on a particular visit, several staff will come to tge drive thru window asking where she is!

Center Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever been to they actually answer the phone unlike CVS or Walgreens where you have to wait 30 minutes to get a real person on the phone a small business is your best bet I will Support Center Pharmacy as much as possible I hate CVS

Thanks guys!!!!! I try to give everyone at least 3 chances before I give a bad review. I’ve explained my concerns with mgmt over and over. With the bad medicine you get from Chinese distributors. They also decided to stop giving me brand name even after My DR wrote for it. What I didn’t explain was missing medications ( conveniently always the narcotic one) Down to getting only crumbles or SCRAPED narcotic medicine.

I would like to recognize Amanda, what a breath of fresh air. I made a phone call looking for a blood pressure monitor and over the phone I knew she was caring and kind person. Have been using this pharmacy for years after having issues with bigger pharmacies getting adhd meds. Everyone here is so helpful very rarely do I see a new face always have what I need in stockIt’s a little out of the way for me but worth the drive
