If I could give them no stars I would. I had been using Carlock insurance for just about 10 years. And I have to say they quality of service has gone down hill. Our insurance company notified Carlock of some things that needed to be done to our property it took Carlock over 6 months to notify us. When I called to ask them about it it was a game of he said she said. I will NEVER use Carlock Insurance and will be reporting them as. IWhat ever you do don't use Carlock insurance!!!!!!

The worse place to deal with. There is many others with at least professional knowledge and manors. I do not understand how people with such business practices can still be in business. Is there no oversight for bad apples in the insurance industry.
