The car wash cost me twice as much because when I scanned the code, I charged my card twice. I called the number of the place and the owner said that he didn't care. I told him to check the cameras so that he would realize that I had only washed the car once. His response was rude and out of place. Far from looking for a solution, all he did was make it worse. I will never go back to wash my car at that place again.

This is the worst carwash in Cape Coral, the app is a disaster and the customer service is unbelievable. If you call the number that appears in the app, you will be answered by a very rude man with no intention of helping you.

The man that owns this car wash attacked and threatened me while using his facility.My car wouldn’t start and was stuck in the drive-through car wash. I was waiting for roadside assistance when the owner approached me yelling at me about blocking the car wash and threatening me if I didn’t move my car. I am a 69-year-old woman and I weigh around 110 pounds. There was no reason for that man to attack me that way. If I were you, I’d go to Mister they do a much better job there and the people are nice.UPDATED. In the 30 minutes I waited for Road assistance, No one got in line. So it wasn’t blocked for an hour. I was on the phone handling the problem as best I could. It would’ve been nicer of you to approach me and ask if I needed help instead of yelling at me. If you have a mom, or a grandma, is that how you’d want someone to treat them? It was a very unprofessional and rude way to treat a customer

Sprayer for bay 1 of the manual wash doesn't work at all. Would avoid that one.

I have been to wash the car several times and this last time I went the machine scratched my entire car, it is all marked all over the car on the hood it tore off the paint on the side of the fender it left a huge mark and scratches to finish my entire car scratched but I never go to this establishment I do not recommend it at all it is clear that they do not maintain these machines now it will cost me a lot to repair the paint on my car due to a malfunction of this car wash
