I've had my unit here for almost 2 years . The man that manages it.. he use to be ok. But I've been late a few times because my card got hacked. I've been making cash payments. But now I feel like he's not good with me no more. It's ok though I know alot is going on in everyone's lives right now. So I'll excuse it. All and all a great storage place and easy to rent and deal with.

This place showed a total lack of disrespect. After being there 2 years, we were able to close out the smaller storage. He charged us a whole month rent because we hadn't given him exactly 2 weeks notice. The next month he raised the rent of the large one 20.00, knowing I am sure, there is way too much stuff in there for us to pick up and move it. It's not so cheap now. THEY REALLY HURT ME!

The two people I spoke with while inquiring about renting a unit were very friendly & easy to deal with. Throughout my rental they maintained that same level of great service. They do business the right way and I appreciate that very much.
