We will let all know to please steer clear. Nick would not sell us plumbing parts because our company wasn't based locally. He stated his parts right now are for local plumbers only!!!! There is another supply house not to far that was glad to accept our out of town business.

Greedy business. Had a water heater to replace under warranty. My plumber went there to buy it and AFTER they had said it would be a $50 fee, they charged $125 instead "because he was not a registered customer". Sadly no other place in the Cape to buy an AO Smith
