Cape Coral Insurance Center is a very poorly run company!!!!!!History: Three years ago, the insurance company who covered one of my houses decided to pull out of the Florida market. My SECOND property was insured through CCIC (Cape Coral Insurance Center). I tried to make contact with CCIC on numerous occasions so as to secure a new policy on my FIRST property. After leaving numerous messages, and receiving no response, I went elsewhere. Now the insurance company, under CCIC, for my second house is going insolvent. On Monday, March 20, 2023, I received a call from DAMON of CCIC. He wanted to set up another policy. I explained my discontent with CCIC, but DAMON assured me that he could fulfill my needs in a timely manner. In the mean-time, I continued a self search for coverage. I had two in my queue, but I was awaiting DAMON'S call or email with a quote. I received no correspondence from Damon so, at about 10:30am., Wednesday, March 22, 2023, I accepted another offer. Damon called about 1:45pm., at which time I informed him of MY choice. Damon's response, "Don't waste my time again". At 2:15pm., I received a Quote and an email from Damon stating that I had a, "Shitty way of doing business". A real CLASS GUY, don't you think? And, he works for CCIC, inc. I suppose I should thank Damon for dragging his feet as the offer I accepted was a better fit.

Rates are high and the customer service is well non existent. We cancelled our policy with them and the dragged there feet to send us our refund plus when we switched to Farmers we saved $ 800.00

What can I say? I like to know who is behind the curtain when it comes to investing, banking and insurance. After we moved to the Cape our insurance requirements needed to be reviewed and updated. A quick online search turned up quite a few independent agencies and I embarked on a mission to visit each one and to find out more about the Florida insurance products.Fate must have been working overtime because I walked into CCIC on my first stop and walked out a loyal customer. Veronica treated me like family. She listened to what I needed and put together a plan that worked for my family. My questions and concerns about risk were patiently addressed and clearly explained.I insured my autos and home with CCIC and learned a bit about boat insurance because I am planning on purchasing a fishing boat.Would recommend CCIC to anyone who is looking for a full service insurance agency that values customer service.
