This is to the veterinarian side!!Listen I understand you are booked ALL THE TIME!!! But there is no reason for rudeness!!!Every time I call I don’t know if this person hates life but they should not be working there and answer phones or deal with the public!Enough is enough !! I was calling for a family member who is out of town and I’m watching their pet whom she takes there and don’t tell me you are not taking new patients!!! She an existing patient !!! Don’t be rude!!! The pet is not feeling well and I’m just trying to help her! Move on !! Go find what makes you happy lord!!! This facility needs to revamp personnel!!!

We’ve adopted 2 of our boys here. They quickly became part of our family. The staff is super helpful and the pups are well cared for.

I adopted my puppy Blue, from Cape Coral Animal Shelter, and it was an incredible experience. The staff is dedicated and knowledgeable, making the process smooth and enjoyable. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and Blue was healthy and well-cared for. Bringing her home brought my family so much joy, and I highly recommend Cape Coral Animal Shelter to anyone looking to adopt a furry friend. Thanks for making our adoption experience so wonderful!

CCAS does it right. They don’t oversell adoptees, discriminate racially or socioeconomically, and specialize in family-style + well-tailored adoptions. ‘A lid for every pot’ indeed. Our recent experience couldn’t have been better.

I cant say enough about this shelter. The staff are absolutely wonderful and the shelter itself is spotless. I rescued Tex 3 months ago and he has been nothing less than awesome. He is a wonderful dog. My sincere thanks to all at the shelter for their kindness and helpfulness.

The one start is for the service provided by keeping a lost dog that I found. However this has been one of the most shocking experiences of mistreatment of my life. There is a lady at the front desk that is extremely rude. I talked to her for about two minutes and she wouldn't give me an appix of her attention. She continued typing with her head down and didn't look at me once. I will not visit or recommend this place

I want to start by saying the shelter staff is professional, and very caring however with that being said The Clinic in this place is below 0 in my book ... the receptionist they have at the front desk Krystal is extremely unprofessional, I left them several messages, with no call back. The website states they accept walk-ins , so I drive over when I get in I expect a busy waiting room.. To my astonishment when I arrived the waiting room was completely empty and the receptionist just relaxing looking at the computer ...just there staring into space ????...I went on to inform her that I left several messages ;she said she never got them .No empathy when I expressed my situation , No customer service etiquette, no referral service , she just told me ok,ok, and brushed me off when on again to Express my concerns ... Just horrible ? , I hate giving bad reviews and I give everyone the benefit of the doubt ... but the clinic has zero 0 stars ⭐️ in my book if this is the Staff in the front desk representing the clinic I can't imagine the veterinarian

I love volunteering here! The shelter itself is organized and the staff have always been kind to me. Please come in and meet the wonderful dogs and cats that are waiting to be adopted!

We are truly grateful for Cape Coral animal shelter& veterinary clinic for providing such amazing care at an affordable cost My 10-year-old Chihuahua Little had periodontal disease in her teeth and gums. It was extremely painful for her they cleaned and extracted multiple teeth. They made sure she was very comfortable and she was also spayed. The results are truly astronomical. She is acting playing and has the energy of a puppy again. We could not be more appreciative. The staff is so wonderful and kind. I will never go anywhere else for care for my fur baby and I would recommend everyone. I just really want to say thank you for everything you have done for us. Truly a blessing! ??❤️

This review is for the shelter, we recently went in to look to adopt. Even before we decided too. The girl with glasses that seemed to be a supervisor at front desk was the most abrasive and rude person I have ever encountered at a business. She acted irritated and was short and rude to an elderly woman who was trying to get contact info for a cat displaced in storm. Said what is it that you want ? To her even while she was trying to explain. Then a gentleman came in to see if they wanted donated mats for dogs. Instead of politely declining she said nope ! Cant dump them here we don't want them. He was shocked and left. She was rude and angry to every single person she spoke too. Up next was us and we didn't bring our dogs recent vacs to adopt. Mind you when I called they said we only needed idea and proof of residency. We tried to call the vet and when other girl asked her about adopting without proof she yelled absolutely not! Like we were in wrong for not having papers w us. At that point we walked out and went home got papers and went to humane society. This shelter was such a good thing for cape coral, I even donated at a market for it to open I hope they get professional people in place for as I run company myself. That angry unprofessional and no manners girl will definitely impact it only in negative ways. I have already warned friends of the treatment they'll get there

Told me my application was good for 90 days, but in that time my current cat's rabies booster became a bit overdue, had a new pet picked out and they turned me away. Would have been nice to know when they reviewed my application instead of after showing up to adopt. Not sure how my current inside cats could have contracted rabies. I am sure Ft Myers has a good shelter...
