Cape collision center is one of the best around. They're local, they're friendly professionals, and they always come through. Sara and Peter came through for me for an accident last year and they were amazing from start to finish.
From the beginning they told me what they were going to do, they kept me updated, and they gave me peace of mind. They did a really amazing job and I would gladly recommend their business to anybody that has a collision and needs work. They go above and beyond to make sure that you're satisfied with their work!!
Definitely will use them again!

I don’t enjoy bad mouthing business, it’s one of the hardest things to do is run a business. Unfortunately here is my experience at this body shop. I was in a collision and my insurance company recommended to go here. It was towed and the estimate was 10 days and 6,900 dollars. The start of the trouble was, the got the wrong bumper, pained that wrong bumper and had to wait for another one. This took approximately a month.
2 and a half weeks go by waiting for the right bumper. After waiting that long I decided to call the dealership myself and see what the hood up is, as my car is a pretty common car. Cape Collision had not placed an order for the bumper. My car sat there for an extra two and a half weeks for absolutely nothing, because of a part that was not ordered.
After two months of waiting I finally gotten in my car and drove off. Since it had been sitting there outside for 2 months I decided to go through a car wash. This when went water leaked through the tailgate and into my car. I called back Cape Collision and they said the bring it back. It also had a lot of gaps and missing pieces from the original job that was not done properly. Two days go by and they say it’s done. I go to pick it up and say it is still not right and the tailgate is still misaligned. They told me “that’s the straightest we can get it”. It is as an insurance job. There should be no cut corners. I don’t know what to do at this point as I was told the owner would call me, which never happened. The picture is from the second time I picked it up, and was told “that’s the straightest we can get it”. As water still pours into my car.

CCC handled my Jeep warranty repair work and it was done in a timely manner. The repair body work and paint finish CCC did came out better than the factory paint job when new. Upper management team always made time for me and were willing to take care of any details/questions/situations first hand. Top notch body shop!

Honest, good prices, fast. I had some minor repairs to get fixed and no other body shop wanted anything to do with it because it wasn't going through insurance for a bigger profit. These guys took a look at it the same day and gave me a quote MUCH lower than I expected. I picked up the part from the dealership and they fixed it the same day in 5 minutes and didn't even charge me for it. Very rare to find a business that is so ethical and nice these days. Thanks guys!

I highly suggest nobody takes their vehicle to this place for any kind of work! There is no talent at this body shop, horrible paint job, terrible orange peel, hair in the paint, paint drips, air bubbles. Literally no talent. Please go somewhere else and save the frustrationService: Painting

Amazing place! I came in with minor damage but very stressed overall. I felt like family there, it didn’t feel like a typical transactional collision center. They want you and your car to be taken care of and that’s exactly what they did. I would HIGHLY recommend

I was referred to you from Paul Popple, I called you in Oct to make Appt to have my car done from the Hurricane, told me to come in on Feb 20th. I dropped my car off Feb 20th, 4 weeks later called due to my rental was to expire and was told my car was not done and was never worked on. I am very patient and understanding, I was told that I could pick up my car and that I could bring it in May 1st. That was fine but now I have no rental left. Now I just called again to confirm my May 1st appt and they said they do not know when. There is no communication at all, no apologies to me, I am still very patient. So I am back to square one and have no idea what to do. Customers should not be treated like this.

Do yourself a favor and find another shop. I went in to get an estimate, called back 3X in a week and NO response or follow up. Terrible way to do business - I guess they are too busy. Lots of GREAT shops in the Cape and I found another responsive one who knows how to follow up.
