Rude, Not at all friendly or welcoming. Not helpful. Do yourself a favor and don't go there. Spanish people that work there including pharmacist also seem racist against white people.

I’ve been a patient here for 3 years now. Owners/management changed and my five star review is now a one. Unbelievably rude staff and overcharged for prescriptions that were covered under health insurance. Found out through a pharmacist friend that what they told me were lies and that I should have never been charged. Sad to see such a great business go down the drain. I’m back at Walgreens now, with friendly and helpful staff.

I just moved to the area and I’m having an extremely hard time getting my ADHD medication prescription filled. While these guys couldn’t help me, they were probably the only pharmacy (I’ve tried over 20) that showed compassion for my situation. I will be back for future prescriptions for this very reason!

So,I recently started using Callosa pharmacy after my pharmacy was destroyed by the hurricane. I had some medications emailed over to them, and one of my medications were 30 pills short. I called and spoke with Ed, who told me that he would do a count on that particular medication and get back with me within a day or two. I never received a call back,so I tried calling to find out what was going on, leaving 4 messages, over a 2 Week period yet still, never got a call back. So I finally drove down to the actual pharmacy, where I spoke with Vanessa and told her Abt the issue I had going on, and she got right on it , and didn't make me feel like she doubted me. She was very professional, and kind. So, Thanks Vanessa..I really appreciate you.

I have been using Caloosa Pharmacy for about 6 months. They are the BEST Pharmacy in the area! Prior to using them, I was going to CVS, the last year or so their CS has failed on all issues! They don’t answer the phone, used to be able to wait if you brought in a written script, not any more…. Come back in a hour or 2 ! And most aggravating they were out of the medication I am taking. The people working there, some were very nice while others were not. I just got fed up with dealing with them. A friend told me about Caloosa! I was amazed at the professionalism, no wait time and pleasant workers!!

I had multiple issues with refills, etc at Publix. (My dog and I take the same medication) I finally had enough and decided to find a local pharmacy.I could not be happier, the staff greets me by name, and is always willing to help.For the exact same price I get treated like a valuable customer instead of a nuisance.I would not go anywhere else. I found the pharmacy everyone wishes they had.

Best Pharmacy in the area! I moved all my prescriptions to Caloosa Pharmacy months ago after frustration with big corporation chain stores not providing my medications in a timely fashion, and not seeming to care! The staff at Caloosa is a breath of fresh air, very personable, super friendly, and always have my medication ready when I need it or call me if there is a problem. It is so nice to not be just another transaction at the window for them! I highly recommend to everyone to give Caloosa Pharmacy your business, you will be so pleasantly surprised at the difference a caring pharmacy can make!
