They need better employees at this location , I arrive at 10:10am Saturday door is locked , as I'm getting ready to leave , I watch the employee walk in turn the open sign on and put a "I'm on lunch" sign @ door please come back at noon and the guy leaves .

The customer service team was useless when it came to fixing my voice mail problem. The woman in the store wasnt going to let me without voice mail. I ended up with Google voice but at least it works. If you want customer appreciation I got it here. Not from Boost.

Went in for the free phone deal. According to sales rep. The way Sprint ended our account. To transfer over too Boost The phones were no longer free. Felt like a huge scam!!
