Painful dealing with these people. Pathetically slow and helpless staff

Andrea and Scott, are absolutely top notch employees! I cannot recommend them high enough! I had a situation that I've never had before in my life, 2 flat tires at the same time. Only problem, the tires didn't have a nail nor a screw in either one! it was a bad valve on 1 and a loose valve on the other, plus my other tires valves were loose, also I was 200' from the shop. Andrea pulled a jack out and removed my tire and had it fixed in 10 minute. Please be extra courteous to her, she is a 20 year plus veteran! Scott is a 20 plus year EMS veteran!I have extreme respect for her and Scott! She fought, so I am able to write this review freely. My son and I have a special love for Andrea and Scott, they helped us when we were in an extremely difficult situation.
Thank you both, from the bottom of my heart! You both are like family to us.

Went there for a propane tank exchange. Clearly they do not LIKE doing this as the regional manager told me - after my returning to the store after waiting on the staff member who never would come - "we have work to do". Let me clarify the situation... The regional manager was in this tire store. Verifying inventory with the clerk who assisted me. He was clearly annoyed I interrupted the process by being a customer and purchase something.

BJS corporate needs to figure this sh.. out. Increase pay, pay tire techs more, increase benefits, improve work conditions here, whatever you gotta do. Hire more tire shop techs. Putting that you're hiring and not raising pay or improving work conditions (ideally both) in one of the most expensive places to live and right after a hurricane, corporate needs to come down and personally address this. The phones never get picked up, they're extremely short handed. Sams/costco/walmart/publix never have employee shortages. Theyre fully staffed.BJS has one maybe two people working in the tire shop at all times. So the techs are supposed to do appointments, fill propane, and answer the phones? As a consumer i can clearly see they're overworked and need help. And im not going to get pissed at a worker for being overworked. My most recent visit consisted of An hour solid waiting, just to get 4 tanks filled is incredibly ridiculous. Thats because BJs had to pull an employee off the gas station to fill the propane. And its not even the employees fault. Theyre just trying to survive. The greed here is full force and disgusting. This has been this way for a solid 12 months, and has shown no improvement. Its actually gotten worse when 4-6 of their tire techs all quit because the conditions have been so bad.

Not even intentionally you can find the worst service in history, I just made a unpleasant discovery. They do not care about appointments and do not have the slightest respect for the customers time.A hangover technician to take care of more than 6 appointments all made at the same time. The store manager Jeff B, just doesn’t care about this department at all. Save yourself the hard time, buy tires somewhere else.

We had a nail in our tire actually two nails so we went over to get it fixed. They are a busy place. If you make an appointment they stick to it. My appointment was 4pm we dropped off. The truck went shopping, called her several times and we decided to get two tires, but she happen to have. We went over to pick up the truck when we were done shopping. And since we were there and we really need it 4 tires. We went ahead and ordered two more. He had the two in stock, but at that point it was too late to put the other two tires . We already paid for two so he canceled that transaction discounted us for rotation, and you name that we paid for 4 tires, and it was a steel actually. Going back today to get the other two tires on great service. This guy that we worked with really knew his stuff. Dropping the truck off at 9 AM gonna go do some shopping I guarantee you we won’t have to sit and wait.

Extreme Dissatisfaction. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. Purchased tires online on 3/17/23. Scheduled install at Cape Coral, FL Tire Center for 10:30 this morning, 3/28/23. Order online shower shipped, but not delivered yesterday, so we called to make sure tires were there before driving all the way to shop. Told tires weren't there, to call back at 9am to see if they arrived overnight. Called multiple times between 9-9:15. No answer at Tire Center. Asked for member services. They had someone in tire center paged & we were again told no tires were there. Called general member services and spoke to someone who couldn't hardly speak or understand English. After 25 minutes on the phone - on hold, then explaining issue, then on hold again - then he transferred my call to the Cape Coral Tire Center again. They know nothing!! Started all over with Member Services again. This time, I was on the phone for 55 minutes, much of the time on hold; but this person at least did what should have been done & tracked the order. She was very helpful; however, she was told by Goodyear that the tires were delivered to the shop last week; she contacted the shop again & was again told they didn't have them and that she was escalating to Goodyear & senior BJ's management to resolve. She put me on hold to get me a confirmation number and two seconds later, my husband's phone rang & guess what - they found the tires. This was 11:30 - so we spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone for nothing. My husband told them we'd be there in 30-40 minutes to get them installed. We got here a bit after 12:00 noon. When we finally got to talk to someone (who seemed to be a manager) he said, "let me make sure we have the tires". They found them, finally, we paid for new valve stems and were told it would be about 90 minutes. We went into the store & shopped. Came back over to tire center with our cart full of groceries (thank God we didn't purchase any cold items, just in case) about 85 minutes later only to find out they hadn't started yet!!! Unbelievable!!! We are still sitting here, now it's two hours and counting. We've been happy BJ's customesbut this experience makes us really think about doing business with the Tire Center any more.

Paid $700 for set of tires. Took them 9 days to install, then installer broke one of the studs. Said they can't fix it have to take somewhere else. Still waiting for reimbursement from their claims admininstrators, who still won't even acknowledge liability.Terrible, avoid at all costs.

BJs just switched to Capitol one...they just sent me the new card. Went to set up my online account and they wanted my SS number and birthday. No thanks.

Paid $700 for four new tires on Feb 10. They couldn't install them until Feb. 19. Installer broke one of the studs. Was told BJs can't fix it, have to take somewhere else. Came back with bid but due to the total, they said it has to go through their claims administrators. It was immediately apparent that they are not going to pay any time soon. Had to get it fixed out of my own pocket as can't keep waiting, not safe to drive with only four lug nuts. Still waiting for reimbursement. Membership up for renewal in March and need four other tires for another vehicle. Won't be renewing and certainly won't be buying any more tires from them.

Jason and Diego in the tire center were outstanding! Got a nail in my tire and another tire place told me they couldn't fix it and that it would be $200 for a new one. I was able to find the tire for was less at BJ's and when I got there, Diego and Jason were both very honest and told me they could fix it, that I didn't need a new tire at all. I was so thankful and grateful for their honesty. I'll definitely be going back for all of my car needs.

I went to the tire department. Was waited on immediately. The young lady put me at ease and found me the tires I needed. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours. Young man brought my keys to me and told me the locking lug nut are back where I had them. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A lot better service that tire Kingdom

Read this before you fill out a form at BJ Warehouse to win something: Several months ago i filled out an entry form at BJ Warehouse to win a big screen Samsung TV. Today i got a call from some dude purporting to be with BJ Warehouse telling me that "there is a good chance" i am going to win it. He even asked if I would be willing to pose for apicture while being given the TV. He said that as an added token of appreciation, they would like to come to my house and present me with a $40 gift card AND take a water sample from my kitchen faucet. He said they would leave the test results with me right there and then.I told the dude that we never drink from the tap and there is no need to test my well water. He can just send me the damn $40 card. All of a sudden the dude started saying " hello, hello, i can't hear you, hello" and the line went dead. He never tried to call me back again. LMAO.So this was just some ploy to get inside someone's home to sell water treatment gadgets. But i really got a big kick out of his"hello hello I can't hear you" line.So to BJ Warehouse management: your vendor is falsely representing themselves to be from your company and is giving your company a bad name.
