Don't waste your time for a FB ad that offers a $20 membership...they don't do that here. All they have are higher prices packages & the woman working at the desk could care less about explaining options. Take it or leave it...they don't care. I'm sure there's a good reason that it's easy to find parking here, and not at Sam's or Costco. And yes, the parking lot is full of abandoned shopping carts waiting to hit your car. Photos were taken around 4:30 pm on a Tuesday.

Store setup is difficult for easy shopping. Shopping carts are stored in the parking lot, something out of the norm for a typical business. Carries plenty of stuff for older people to stuff pantries with waste, not the normal stuff most BJs carry.

They've functionally ruined the entire shopping experience. Why is bottled water on the opposite side if the world from the food but kids clothing is butted up right again the freezers? It makes zero sense.They've made it much harder to shop through the store and then they removed the regular self checkout and now you can only do 20 items or less. Did they create more cashiered lanes to balance it out? Nope! Still one or two MAX cashiers on at any time. I now just stop shopping when I reach 20 items. No more browsing for me. No more extra seasonal stuff I didn't need anyway. No more treats bci was hungry. Nope. I will do express pay and stop when I hit 20 items.Or maybe I'll do a pickup order? Well that's all good except it's not. They'll shop every order at one time so I get half defrosted food and warm milk. No joke, the milk spoiled in like 3 days bc of them. Can't wait til Costco comes to cape coral so I can stop shopping here.All loyalty has been ripped away in the last few months.

1st time buying tires at a warehouse club, couldn't have had a better experience, from the salesman, Scott to the installer, Chris. Both were highly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I was amazed to find that Scott had only worked in that dept. For 3 weeks, yet he had his product line down to a tee. Chris, went way beyond helpful for getting tires installed quickly so wife had her car to get to work. I highly recommend the Cape Coral location for tires, they were better than the name brand shops on price, installation and hospitality. Would rated higher than 5 stars if I could.

The deli counter has a wide and high-quality selection, but the service is very slow. Staff would rather gossip with each other than serve customers waiting in line.

I have never been so embarrassed. Accused of stealing the one item I paid for and retrieved from the order pick-up area where the young lady just handed it to me at the exit where I was following another lady doing the same. The old lady working at the exit hollered at me having a customer holler and whistle, making a big scene - ridiculous! How many employees are needed to check receipts for a purchase that your staff checked out and handed to the customer? I rarely shop in-store because most of the ladies up front are rude. Although, a few ladies are very kind.Also, no one answers when you call the customer service/membership option.

We have a membership here, and really hate the Cape Coral location, sadly it’s closer. 7 out of 10 staff members are extremely rude. Carts are in the parking lot, you cannot get one at the front like the Ft Myers location. The Ft. Myers location has different product as well.. would be nice if the Cape Coral location had the same items. Bathrooms are so unsanitary and are actually a danger to use. Toilets are covered in urine and feces. We basically have a membership to be harassed while shopping. AT&T solicitors. The new one for solar panels actually followed us for 6 aisles. One worker doesn’t even work. Just sits on the handicapped motor carts on his phone. Customer service ladies are nice at least.

I don't know who set this place up but they need to go back to training. A 2 year old can design the place better. You guys have stuff all over the place. I can't figure out where anything is. Looks like I'm going to start going to Sam's club instead ?

Usually very happy leaving this place. Today, unfortunately I am not. Most of the meat was dated for tomorrow and I saw many packages of meat already turning bad. The price of salad is through the roof and they too were dated a day or two out. The water and soda department was depleted. No one is ever around to ask a question.I hope this store isn't heading in this direction. Sad!!!
