BJS you just lost my business and I will let everybody know!! I placed an order on line to pick up. Clipped the coupons for my order as I went. I ordered lunch meat 1 lb of each turkey, chicken, roast beef and ham for a get-together each of them offered 3.00 coupon so I clipped them and they were not applied to my bill. So I called that was a disaster automated phone to press a # for the department. All extensions were invalid. I finally got another number after Googleing the store. Talk to someone who puts me on hold several times to come back in the end to say that I will only get 3.00 off the lunch meat. Even though there is a coupon listed for everything I ordered. WHAT A SCAM!!! I am Done with BJs. Sams and Cosco are better than this CRAP! Of I could give it a 0 star I would.

This is by far the worst BJ’s I’ve ever been to. The employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing, if you ask for assistance they don’t even try to hide their annoyance and speak with terrible attitudes. Donna and her other old coworker were very rude while her manager was just as clueless. This store needs employees who actually know what they’re doing and aren’t actually miserable. I wish I could give this no stars.

Bj’s Wholesale Club 6-11-24
This is a typical Wholesale club warehouse with lots of items for sale. One thing I will mention is the gas they sell is the lowest price in this area. It might be the best reason to join. I don’t believe they offer much more than the rest do. I do know they have rotisserie chicken that smells and looks good. It’s about 5 bucks and that’s a great price. Some of the other items are at good prices but most likely you will be buying a larger quantity. As long as you use it all up it just may be a great deal for you. They also have some oddball items that would be hard to find elsewhere. I give this place 3 stars out of 5 because it’s close and the gas is cheap, a large selection and the chicken is good.

Canceling my membership. Placed a large order for delivery thru the website which does not state delivery thru 3rd party. Groceries were stolen by the Door Dasher. Hours and hours went into resolving the mess through DoorDash (who I never agreed to be a customer of) store manager and corporate office. Yes. We received a refund. It isn’t enough for two trips to the store and all the turmoil we went through. Local manager was nice but not helpful. Directed my complaint to corporate and let me tell you, they gave not a single sh@& about us. What a horrible experience beginning to end not feeling valued. This place doesn’t care. My point is, BJs opts to do business 3rd party instead of hiring people and paying benefits. I never opted to have Door Dash to deliver my groceries and then fight for my $400 to replace food we really needed.

I have been a member at BJS for more than 20 YEARS, I make this complaint because it is not the first time that I have been met by the same person at the door where they check the receipts before leaving, which I agree with, but the person at the door is extremely racist because I am a hispanic, she took my receipt and spent 5 minutes counting 37 items, I divided them into two shopping carts accessible to the eye, she picked up all the items to see if there were any under them. It is disrespectful what she did, I stayed watching how she was doing her work. In one minute she checked more than 8 clients for everyone else she would just put a line in there receipt without checking anything, and that's it. I asked to speak to the manager when after 30 minutes of waiting because he just kept taking customer at the cashier even after he knew I was waiting for him. After he was done I told him to please follow me and I showed him my two shopping carts and if he could see all my items he said yes, and what he did was apologize, asked me what I wanted, or I was looking for ? and I told him that his employee needs equality training toward all the customers. He asked me for the receipt and gave me a card for $22.35 which I’m not looking for money, I work and I am a person who spends more than $2000 in the club every month. When he asked me for the receipt I thought that he could review my account and see what type of customer I was, but I am going to go back to look for the other manager and I am going to give him the card because I do not need anything to be given to me because I work, I am going to ask him if it is correct for his employee to act the way she did. So, I was going with my family and I couldn't spend more time otherwise I would return everything I had bought, and in conclusion next time they won't do it because I'm going to make sure the media knows

I always have a great experience here. My family has come here since I was a kid and they never disappoint. Always super helpful and friendly, and a great selection. Prices do vary of course but there’s usually a good deal to be found, especially if you use the app and clip coupons.
I was trying to shout out the name of a lady who helped me quite a bit the other day, but sadly I cannot remember and the receipt doesn’t say her name. So whoever cashier 401 is, you’re a sweetheart and deserve a raise!
I had been in, forgot something and then realized if I got the item, I had enough for a coupon. But had already made the purchase, so I wasn’t sure I could do it. But I asked and she took the time to make it work! Definitely a special occasion, and she absolutely did not have to do it but she did and it’s much appreciated ❤️
Gotta save money wherever you can!

Bought 4 new tires a year ago at the Cape Coral location. Best deal in town for price & quality. HOWEVER, reaching their tire service dept is IMPOSSIBLE to make an appt for install, tire rotation & balancing. Encountered this with my install when purchased too. The whole reason I bought the tires from here was the membership with tire purchase came with a lifetime warranty with free balancing, tire rotation & free air. The member services desk even paged the tire dept & no pickup! Worthless customer service with tire dept, what’s the point in purchasing here. Go elsewhere if you want better customer service. To get an appt you literally have to drive to the location & make an appt. I did a week ago & their system was down. Said to call back & have them paged. When they never pickup. GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!
