Zero star service. We purchased a cuisinart frying pan. Cashier told us that if we were members of their club, we wouldn’t need to save the receipt, our purchase would be saved under our phone number. I’ve encountered this before, so was happy they had this policy. We used the pan once and all of the coating started to flake off so we decided to return it. No receipt, no problem, right? Wrong. The employee handling the return said they don’t do that and who told us they did? She was extremely rude about it, as well. Accusatory. Called manager over. Also incredibly rude. Said she wouldn’t take it back even if we had the receipt. It’s a shame. I had really liked Beall’s before this. I’m just glad there are lots of other places to shop around here.

Hello,Today I was with my children in one of the Bealls store and while we were shopping my 3-year-old boy saw another boy. He was in his mother's shopping cart and went to greet him by touching his face and the boy's mother hit my child in the face so he wouldn't touch her child. My child began to cry and I confronted her, the very aggressive lady told me that she did it because my child went to touch his child face.While I understand that my child does not have to touch another child face. I cannot understand is how an adult person who is also a mother can attack a little defenseless 3-year-old child.This can happen anywhere and to anybody.I called the police and when the police arrive and spoke with the woman and with the local employees they told them that I had manipulated my child's face to make it worse. (very sick thought towards a mother who is defending her son for the same thing)They victimice the person who caused the attack, they rushed me out of the store and they guarded her until the police arrived.

I've been visiting a number of these outlets looking to find a few things I'd previously bought in one of their stores. Since I'd already been to a few outlets on the east coast of Florida, I figured I'd try one while in Cape Coral. I've been hoping that they might have "old" stock. This store looked fairly new. It was in a large shopping center with plenty of parking. And there were people streaming into the store. Inside it was already quite busy. I wondered if there was some type of special discount going on.And there was a very long line for the checkout, as well. Unfortunately, they didn't have what I was looking for... nor anything like it. But I'm glad I came. Now I know. And won't be wondering that I missed something.

If I could give no stars I would. went into the store today and bought 3 items. When I got home there were only 2 items in the bag. I had to return to the store. The manager doesn't care she simply stated the person is young. That is no excuse. I don't know what the person did with the item I paid for. I had to drive at night to get a refund. The manager is rude. Please check your bags before you leave the store to ensure you get what you pay for.
