“Price on the batteries I needed was better than Amazon and I was able to get what I needed quickly.
Negative part, I needed a battery for a key fob, couldn't figure out how to get to the battery. I went to the store and found out there wasn't a battery tray, that the cover had to be snapped off, which your guy did, took 30 seconds and you charged me $15. In my opinion, bad for business and is simple greed!”
“First time in O'Reilly. Needed to purchase an airfilter n cabin filter for my Dodge Charger.
You have to use your phone and scan the bar code on shelf. This gets you into their online store. Have to put cars information as it's the Garage.
Then search for what you need. Just follow the Model #'s on phone to box on shelf. I do like the old way better. Seems faster with catalog on shelf.
Gentleman at desk seemed quick and efficient. They have a lot of other accessories for your vehicle also looks like large selection of parts in back stockroom.
