Been with them over 20yrs. Any issues have always been resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. Staff is beyond friendly and courteous. They give you that local feel. They care about the person and dont look at you as a number like so many other instititutions do. 20yrs cant even think why would i leave. Awesome bank with awesome employees no matter which branch i go to

I am not a customer of this bank but recently had occasion to visit needing information. The young lady who helped me was exceptional at her job, a real pleasure. her name is Tanisha Edmond a credit to her employer. If I were contemplating a change in banking I would have to seriously consider this bank.

Very impressed with Bank OZK and especially sweet Carol. Highly recommend discussing your personal and commercial banking needs with her. All of the staff is very friendly and welcoming which you don't typically experience these days with most banks. I never knew the importance of a good banker until I was introduced to Carol :)

Becky, Carol, Rachel and Tanisha are AWESOME! I have been banking at this location since it was Community Bank of Cape Coral. This staff is so friendly and accommodating!

I've been dealing with this Bank for more than 8 yrs and because the service is superior. I'm from a small town in northern Wisconsin and this Bank was recommended to me from a well respected cape coral business owner. He had been doing business with this bank for many years and even though the bank has been bought several times over in the past several years the same small town service experience remains. Rachel and Carol in particular make this bank tick, exemplary service!

This branch of The Ozarks is located across from the post office, so you would never know it's there unless you happen to be at the post office!! We were greeted and helped immediately and I opened my first CD. It's a fifteen month at 2.26%. The best rate we could find and not only will I make interest, but i won't spend it! It's a small office but the staff was helpful and friendly,

Manager Steve and the new tellers are the worst customer service people I've ever met. I've been with this bank through 3 different name changes and lots of wonderful representatives. Steve and the tellers who were there today, 2/23/18 were dismissive, disrespectful and downright antagonistic. Steve toys with his right (according to corporate) to change the bank rules as he sees fit. I've NEVER had an issue with a bank before but the tellers and Steve treated me like a criminal for trying to deposit a relatively small amount of cash. If they treat others the way they treated me I'm sure they'll be taken over again soon.

My family walked in and we're treated very badly by the teller Rachelle Smith. She told my step dad to take his hat and sunglasses glasses off because there had been a bank robbery a week ago. He took his hat and glasses off and still she proceeded to treat him very roodley by her we are going to switch Banks because of that. My recommendation is not to bank there she apparently thinks she is saving the day but my guess is people don't wanna deal with her and walk out. This bank is going to miss out on lots of cash it well be a pain to switch Banks because all of the rental houses my parents own well have to be set up to deposit in another bank. But it's all worth it because people shouldn't be treated like that. Also I have heard that this bank is very slow from other people.
